They are still operating right with the same ownership?
Well, they have a long story with some clear issues with their users (just to mention coin with fake tickers).
Are you able to sign a message or prove ownership with binance? This could be the only way to get back your account.
Pay attention, a similar issue in Italy with a "famous" exchange has delareid totally... it's not easy to get back these funds, I would just reach a lawyer...
Since you have had an account on Yobit since 2018, are you fully aware of their status in the industry over all these years? There was a time when this section was full of accusations against Yobit, and they launched and even tried to launch more campaigns here.
I have not heard of anyone who received their funds after issues with their account, but since a large amount is involved, I also encourage you to hire a lawyer and let him handle this case. A lawyer who is familiar with this kind of case.
YoBit Support, I am a professional technician and a disciplined investor. I will not remain silent. I demand you to act professionally and disable the 2FA on my account immediately so I can regain access.
They haven't been active here for years (and even when they were, result was their account getting tagged and flagged for scam) so little can be done by this thread, other than serve as a warning for anyone who still keeps their crypto on Yobit or any other centralized exchange.
Anyway, I hope you get your money out eventually.
Even on more reputable exchanges you could have issue with trying to reset 2FA, they could interpret that as someone trying to hack your account.
I had the same issue on Binance many years ago, when my mobile phone suddenly and unexpectedly died, while I couldn't find those recovery codes. Luckily, things were sorted fast, but it cost me a full

Thank you bitbollo, dkbit98, Rikafip, and robelneo for your support. Having four Legendary members here shows how serious this issue is.
To robelneo: I am aware of the risks, but I believe in justice. This is not a small amount, and l am prepared to take legal action if YoBit continues to ignore these technical facts.
