While Bitcoin (BTC) has become expensive to use, with very high mining difficulty and relatively low rewards for finding new blocks, BitcoinGold (BTGS) offers a more accessible alternative. Its design could allow lower transaction costs, fairer mining opportunities, and greater participation across a wider community. Bitcoin-Blu could innovate, compete, and provide alternatives without altering BTC, but it would need time, adoption, and trust to become meaningful. It could also increase the overall robustness of decentralized money.

Our goal from day one was to ensure that Bitcoin Gold (BTGS) launched with a modern and secure foundation. Implementing BIP324 (V2 P2P Transport) and Taproot at the protocol level was a priority for us to ensure maximum network privacy and block space efficiency right from the genesis block.
We are also very pleased with the hashrate stability. A consistent and organic growth in network power is the best indicator of a healthy, fair-launch ecosystem. It shows that the SHA-256 mining community values the technical rigor we've put into the core.
As for the BGC-20 protocol, we are in the final staging phase. We are conducting extensive stress tests on the inscription witness data to ensure that asset issuance remains cost-effective and doesn't impact long-term scalability.

We have been transparent about this from the genesis block precisely because we prioritize integrity.

This reserve isn't 'static wealth'—it is active fuel for the project. It has already been utilized to secure the exchange listings we have today and is earmarked for upcoming Tier-1 integrations. For a sophisticated SHA-256 Layer 1 project that implements BIP324, Taproot, and a native Inscription protocol (BGC-20), having a dedicated reserve for R&D and liquidity is a necessity, not an option.

A network's strength is measured by its code, its security features, and its organic hashrate—all of which BTGS has proven in its first weeks. We are building a robust infrastructure, and we appreciate your well-wishes as we continue to scale.
To clear any confusion: Our decision to list BTGS on WikaEx was strictly based on a 'free listing' offer, and we have zero interest or stake in this platform beyond that. However, seeing the overwhelming community consensus and the serious red flags raised—specifically the similarities to past scam exchanges—we have decided to permanently delist BTGS from WikaEx.
The integrity of our community and the safety of our holders' funds are non-negotiable. If the community doesn't trust a gateway, we don't use it.
