The blockchain expert will remedy how anyone could link the address to your identity. Did they just stumble upon your identity somewhere or how they are getting ahold of your identity and some other details to track you.

Bitcoin is transparent about the transaction going on in the blockchain, even a small effort to track a transaction is already enough to track people but I bet if I took some random address from the blockchain explorer and give it to you to track, you'd not be able to know who is behind the address.

They can trace your bitcoin transaction or the crypto transactions of course because you are using your public key or your wallet address now how people know if you are the owner of the wallet address possible is through exposing to other people such as transaction or posting it online now still you dont get bothered because they can’t steal your assets because this requires your private keys now if you are getting bothered someone can trace you most of the wallet have UTXO.
Also this is the reasons why we avoid of using s centralized exchange because just to use their platform we are exposing our identity due to KYC requirements.

OP, since address that you use on a Centralised exchange that's passed KYC is the only thing affected, the day you decide to change to fully privacy all you need to do is abandoned the old address and create a new wallet address.

Never use the address anymore and that is the end, continues using of the address is what carries your data information everywhere else, abandoning the address put an end to it.

All you need to do is never use the new wallet address on any exchanges ever, and stay away from passing any online verification, learn more about privacy and start using P2P platform instead.

Well bro you don't have to be blockchain expert to find a solution for this, you just have to dump all the coins you have on the centralized exchange where you have given your personal details and completed the KYC, and turn it into fiat or use privacy tools to withdraw those funds into your non custodial wallet where you own the keys, and controls it.

After that never send or receive funds on that wallet address from your exchange address, directly and indirectly. Because you know how they can trace them back to your personal exchange. By the way you can do anything about your data anymore, you have to forget about it.
