It’s hard to believe on Trump words alone since he does announcing a one-sided opinion lie, when he said that this Epic Fury will be over quickly with just few weeks and no boot on land operation which is now planned.

No one can predict when it will end especially if this war becomes a proxy war for China but it’s less possible for now.

I believe if you know the history of previous wars you can predict why this war is still ongoing and why it is not stopping anytime soon. There are many unseen benefits that people are getting from the ongoing war and they will not want to let go of that profit so they will do everything they can to make sure trump is still going hard on the war. There are too many different countries and armed groups which do not agree with each other. Israel, Iran, Palestine, houthis. hezbollah  etc. ...

They aren't ending the war, but we are suffering. Our country's economy starts falling slowly, but it would fall more unless the war ends. It seems Iran isn't going to end themselves unless Trump moves backwards. Iran wants to explain to the world how harmful it is to start a war with them. We noticed many countries, even in the EU, aren't helping Trump, and that's why he expresses his angry opinions as well.

Oil seems to be raising its price, and we aren't getting enough fuel in my country. Last day I went around to refill the bike fuel. Most of the gasoline stations shut down due to no oil supply. Based on the inconsistency in the war plans of the US, it is obvious that the US underestimated the military capacity of Iran and its allies. Trump comes up each day telling the world how they have destroyed the Iranian military. The next time, he is asking for assistance from NATO nations to open the Straits of Hamouz. It is hard to believe Trump's word. IMHO, Iran really wants a ceasefire but Trump is putting himself as if he's the peacemaker. I'm not sure what's happening inside Iran if there are factions now in the government that wants different things, to deal with peace talks and the other to no way back. A mere guess.

Everyone is starting to save fuel and oil and choosing the cheaper and alternative way of commuting. From going back to bike, using their EV. What I am seeing here is that both of the leaders are fighting over their egos.
