When you mention stablecoin bridges, are you talking about cross-chain or directly swapping from a stablecoin down to a fiat, either in cash or wired transfers? If that’s what you mean then:..

One risk with using a centralized exchange to do sales is you get your identity exposed. There is nothing like privacy protection, but you are somehow protected from fraud to some level, and you are also at risk of getting your coin frozen if they suspect anything or you can't provide whatever information they ask for.

For OTC, you get the chance to protect your privacy and negotiate price, but it might be below what's on the open market, but this is also the risk of physical attack if you are dealing with the wrong person.

Where do you read those btw? A quick google search shows that those terms are used by the AI. It's basically about bridge vulnerability, reliance on a third-party, and so on. If your goal is to remove those or minimize the risk, then you can split your tx to multiple transactions. You could try verifying the bridge code too if you have the capacity to do that. There's no quick way to do that for now. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Stable coin bridge is not risky as long as you're smart enough to choose the proper route to bridge your asset. Different route, different liquidity available. So when you choost a route with deep liquidity. Peg risk can be avoided.

Peg risk can happen only when there was no deep liquidity in the bridge. However, that can be minimized as long as you're using official bridge or choose the bridge that has deep liquidity for bridging purpose. When you use the app such as Jumper, it will shows you multiple routes. Any routes have different spread  to the total amounts you wanna bridge it. The less spread, the deep liquidity.

It means less spread make you receive your fund close you the what you bridged. So the peg risk can be prevented by doing it. Beside that you can also use official bridge. As far as i know official always have deep liquidity. So it can minimize the risk of peg risk when you're bridging your asset.

I have been bridging stable coin for years. That's what i know.
