If you are a holder, you shouldn’t panic even when you buy at the top and the price drops, because all you should do is just to keep on holding, and the price is going to bounce back, people that have stayed in crypto space for long time should know about no matter how low bitcoin price goes, it’s going to bounce back if you can just hold even if it’s going to take some time. If you buy high and the price drops, that’s an opportunity to bag more bitcoin for discount price, instead of panicking you can just make use of the opportunity to buy more bitcoin cheaply.
Certainly, if market price dips, it will surely be bought up, there is no need for one to panic, as it does fluctuates which is its nature, that's why its doesn't give one the hope of quick profit. But, its better for one to get to do what they really have the idea about it or the one, they can have the mindset or the nerves to invest on, as both trading and holding has its own benefits and side effects as well. So, basic understanding can support one in anyway or path they may choose.
Bitcoin's price decline is a natural thing in the volatile market, but for those who take this volatility negatively, this volatility is the reason for the failure of their investment. Fluctuations in the market are not uncommon, so it is not right to panic and make decisions just by seeing the price drop. However, you need to prepare yourself in this regard first, because not everyone may be mentally prepared to hold an investment for the long term, they may have greed that can force them to sell, and emotions can force them to sell during volatility. Therefore, it is necessary to make decisions based on your goals, risk-taking ability, and financial situation first. If you have the wrong mindset, then this can definitely create problems.

Yes, typically one would do better hodling rather than trading.  This is mainly due to Bitcoin being deflationary by design via a finite supply and reduced block rewards when the halving events occur.  Also, the risks are exponentially lower hodling vs trading.  However, there are some cases where one could take some Bitcoin profits and invest in stocks and be even more ahead, but the reality is that at least 95% of the time, one would be better off hodling- plus hodling requires little effort compared to trading.

This all depends on how we look at it, somee persons prefer trading, while some persons prefer holding, any of them can be good , but we can say one is more risky, while the other is less risky. To those people who always want to get money daily, they will always prefer trading everyday, and these are the set of people who go deep, digging out the different trading strategies that can enable them to be a better trader, and for the people doing well with trading, they will always choose trading over holding everyday, because trading gives quick money, while holding takes too much time, and only those who have patience can engage in it.  But if we are to look at the difference between the two, the major word that comes up is risk and no risk. While one posseses high risk, the other one does not.

I always respect people who take the risk to trade, and end up still getting profits, this shows that they've really invested their time and their energy in studying and doing research on how the market works.
