The only reason we say holding is better than trading is because if the risks involved,  trading has so much risk involved that got people scared and that is why every investor who wants to grow will always prioritize the one that has less risk, which is holding to the one that is more risky.  If you haven't been into trading before and you want to start, it is adviceable  be careful in order to chose the right part because it is always very confusing the path to follow, whether you will hold or you will trade. If you are looking for immediate gains, trading is the best answer, but the risks involved is another thing to consider, and if you are looking for a future profit, you will go for holding because it is the one that needs patience, and also less risky.

What is good about holding is that it saves you in future, and it is the reason lost of investors fancy going into it. Therefore for every beginner going into trading, it is adviceable to follow the one that won't stress you emotionally and mentally, somei that will give you assurance,, not something risky. So holding should be you preferred choice.

That’s exactly how it is, and that’s why investors who say you should invest in assets where you won’t lose money are often right. And as a result, you’ll make money. But those traders who are constantly chasing maximum profits, of course, can earn a lot and even for quite a long time, but what’s the point if they still lose all their earnings later due to one bad decision?
So it’s better to be a patient, calm investor who doesn’t expect a 10x return on investment in a month. The one who knows how to keep it in the first place is the one who adds to the deposit.

One thing I’ve learned about assets is there is no single asset which can give you 100 percent guarantee in terms of profits because even the assets we regard as sure ones are not sure in all sense of reality. About 70 percent of the assets we trust are not guaranteed as well, it is just somply because they have succeeded long waves of fluctuations and still withstand those losses and it’s why they are considered more reliable and majority of them are not so lucrative due to how much people have invested.

There's no guarantee that a person going into trading will make a quick gain either. The person may go after quick profit and end up  with losses, he may start out as a gainer in trading and end up as a loser because trading is the real gambling and gambling has never been an investment. A long-term investment will save the stress and help the investor to avoid wasting all their strength watching the price and losing money at the end.

Just so that you don't get so high hope of the long term holding of bitcoin, it is important to remember that even though investment is way better than trading and more trusted in the long term, it is not also guaranteed that holding bitcoin for a long-term will bring profit. But the point is that, you could perhaps, never lose your capital at the end. This justifies why it is also important to only invest in bitcoin using the amount of money you can afford to lose at all time.

If a beginner or any investor invests what he can afford to lose, he can ongoingly accumulate bitcoin without stress and perhaps hold for a long term.

Let me brief it.

Trading is good if you understand it, but some people will never understand how to trade but they will continue to lose. If you have been losing in trading, it is a good advise for you to just hold for bull market to come. You still have time to earn weekly or monthly and safe part of your money in bitcoin and make more researches but avoid shit coins. Do not let it be too late before you will understand this. There is opportunity in crypto.

But if you are making money in trading, it is good for you. Earn money and hold also.

Both trading and holding have two advantages. It is possible to extract some instant profit through trading, but in the case of holding, you have to wait for a long time. In this case, I think trading is very risky. To do well in trading, you must study it, learn it, otherwise it is more likely to be damaged in trading. In the case of holdings, you only need to know about the currency you want to invest in. If you can buy and hold good coins, it is possible to make a good profit in the future bull run.
I still find the ideas of comparison to be irrelevant because, if you think about it trading is more risky and more profitable, but holding is risky but only profitable in a long term not a short term. So in most cases you will have to choose which best fits your schedule and which doesn't. I know trading takes a lot of mental stress on a person because of all the technical analysis, studying, evolving strategy, keeping your emotions in check, and so on. But at the end of the day we still see people journey into trading. So to me the risks aren't the issues they are just another step that you have to overcome. And the more you as a trader or even an investor do that you will start focusing more on the major compared to the minor. So to me individuals differ a lot. There are most people who both invest and trade at the same time so yeah, it's all based on the individual capacity and their capital, that's all......

Many people think that investing in an asset will guarantee a profit, but in reality there is no such guarantee. In the case of Bitcoin, many people also think that if Bitcoin is managed properly, it is possible to make a sure profit in the long run, but the main thing is that no matter how well you manage Bitcoin, at the end of the day Bitcoin will never give you a sure profit. In fact, such a guarantee is not available in anything, everything involves risk and good investments only have good possibilities, but there is no guarantee. And that is why, accept this reality well and be aware of the limitations of your ability in the case of an investment, and maintain good risk management, success is not easy, and those who think of getting rich overnight will basically go further towards destruction.
