I’d like to introduce KycNotList — a crypto exchange monitoring platform focused on No KYC / No AML services and transparent risk visibility.

The core idea is simple:

It's immediately obvious that your KYC 0 and AML 0 ranking makes no sense.

KYC 0 and AML 0 rating doesn't mean that someone refunds coins with high AML risk or rejects them - it only means they completely do not check whether the coins have any AML issues at all.

The same goes for KYC, it doesn't mean there's no KYC by default, but rather that there never will be any KYC, and they have it explicitly written in their terms and conditions that they will never implement it. Looking at the current list, I can already spot several inaccuracies, and I assume the list will keep growing.

We strive to thoroughly vet exchange platforms to prevent such situations. However, if such a situation does arise, the exchange’s status will be changed to “Fraud,” and its deposit will be confiscated; this is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions for Exchanges.

I would like to introduce KycNotList, a crypto exchange monitoring service focused on privacy-oriented exchangers and transparent KYC/AML policies.

The idea behind the project is simple:
to help users compare exchangers not only by rates, but also by how they handle KYC, AML checks, reviews, and general risk signals.

At the moment, the platform includes:

We assign a KYC/AML rating that strictly adheres to the exchange’s stated terms and conditions, as exchanges that freeze funds may cite their own terms and conditions, as outlined on their website, as justification. In addition, we also review user reviews of the exchange on other platforms and verify where they are posted before assigning the appropriate KYC/AML rating.

We also conduct test trades; however, these are not intended to verify the exchange’s NO KYC/NO AML policies. The purpose of these test trades is to ensure that the trading platform is functioning properly.

We checked it on our side by submitting a test review, receiving the verification code, and completing the process. In our test, the code worked correctly and the submission flow functioned as expected.

That said, we will continue checking this part to make sure everything is working properly and consistently for users.

Yeah, anyone can leave a comment by just email verification, even though they may not have actually used the service. I think KycNotList should follow the model of sites like monerica.com or kycnot.me, which accept Order ID verification, making the review much more authentic.
Also since the site is just been started, so it is OK but with passage of time i think we may see more data and a more informative  detailed version.

I would consider such information significant when choosing an instant exchange, especially when dealing with relatively new exchanges. It is always good to know that you have a fall back just in case things go south.

I think there's like 4 exchanges on the forum that has escrowed funds. b1exch and sageswap are already listed in your website. The other two not listed yet would be mobit and splash.tf

I did wonder what was that lol. If it is truly an indicator of escrow deposit, it's not very clear IMO. I suggest maybe using another word and/or OP could add the typical question mark symbol beside it where if you hover your mouse, you could see more information.

However, on our website’s homepage, a ‘deposit’ still refers to a deposit made via our service

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will contact them and ask them to only include in the API those trading pairs that currently have liquidity, as they appear to be listing all trading pairs, including those coins that are not currently active on their platform.

I do not want this to be seen as spam or bad manners, and I definitely do not want to do anything that could lead to negative trust.

I have seen similar notices from monitoring services before, but I wanted to ask the community first.

Yes, it is perfectly fine if you post on exchange threads and even put a link to your website and suggest people visit your site. However, the link should be a normal one and not any sort of affiliate link, as those aren't allowed in posts.

Another way to promote your site is to start a signature campaign, but it may be too costly for you, as you aren't an exchange or gambling site that earns direct revenue, so I guess the only way to promote yourself in the forum is to be active here and on the relevant sections of the forum.

We have made some changes to our service.

1) We have launched a TOR domain:

2) On each exchange’s page, we now display information about which forums and platforms the exchange is listed on, as well as the number of reviews from other resources. We also note if the exchange has a deposit in escrow on BitcoinTalk and provide you with this data for your own analysis. In our opinion, it is convenient to check this before each exchange to ensure that the exchange has not encountered any issues.

3) Change in deposit rules:
The deposit now serves as a security deposit; in the event of fraud on the part of the exchange, we will compensate affected users using the exchange’s deposit.
The exchange may request the deposit; in such a case, the deposit is removed from the platform, and the exchange receives the deposit one month after the request, provided there were no defrauded users on its part.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on what else we could change about our service to make it more user-friendly and useful for the community.

We would like to announce that several new updates and improvements have been added to KYCnotlist.com. We continue to develop the service to make it more useful, transparent and convenient for users who want to compare crypto exchanges and other services with no KYC / no AML policies.

What has been added and improved:

- A new service category has been added.
- More than 10 new services have been added to the catalog.
- New service labels have been added: TOR, NoLog, NoJS, PGP.
- PGP guarantee letter authenticity verification has been added.
- Deposits made by listed services are now treated as insurance deposits. In case of fraudulent actions by an exchange service, these funds may be used to compensate affected users.

Since No KYC/AML exchanges and mixers most often hold deposits on dark web resources, regular users are unaware of this and cannot fully evaluate a particular service. We, on the other hand, collect information from all resources, both regular and dark web. This allows regular users - who may not even want to interact with dark web resources or lack the means to access them—to obtain up-to-date information about deposits through our service.

Yes, we plan to implement that, but not right now. First, we intend to fully develop our service until it’s fully functional, since it’s currently more of an MVP. Once we’ve implemented all the planned features, we’ll create an additional version for TOR in a lighter format, NoJS.
