So I'm asking I wanna know why, I dare you to send proofs that this forum is desperate to earn money because they do not accept advertisement anymore, and they are running this forum out of the admin's pocket, all the names you've mentioned are making money from their platform, but you cannot say that to Bitcointalk's admins.

Theymos is not trying to make money with those fees. Those fees are just basic stuff to avoid users spamming and abusing the forum.

If you are here for honest reasons, you don't even need to pay to increase your PM limits or to remove IP ban. Let's refer to this post:

You are automatically whitelisted if you buy a copper membership. You don't need to wear the copper membership, just own it. You can also be whitelisted for free by any staff member and a few non-staff, but we're going to need some reason to think that you actually deserve it. Do not ask me for free whitelisting.

Whitelisting is a not a license to spam. You will be immediately banned if you're found spamming, even if you bought a copper membership (and you will not be refunded).

As mentioned, there are some members who can whitelist users for free, but of course you will have to convince them first. You can find their email address here -- Remove Proxyban (evil fees) - email to get whitelisted for free

This desperation is actually good for us, but who is really desperate in this case: this forum which is already rich or the trolls who are still trying to cheat out of pennies with spamming via PMs)?

Unfortunately, I only see a fine line between insulting the forum or sending an implicit protest.

If the forum wanted to be desperate to make money would they disable donations and auctions which were free ways of getting that? Those you mentioned are deterrents to stop I'll practice. There is no direct payment to improve pm limitation, it's all under getting a copper membership which is not necessary for anyone who doesn't want to advertise a product. I agree that the evil ban could be worked better but it's the best system we have now and is working better with the white listing process.

I don't think this is happening, since limitations especially for newbies has been made to avoid spam.

As what I also know admins didn't implement this and ban is form of disciplinary action, not ways to ask money or fees to members experiencing that situation here.

So better try to follow forum rules to avoid getting issues here.

Too rich, the forum's Bitcoin stash is already massive, probably richer than most Bitcoin related or even non-crypto companies out there. So charging a small fee for abusive users/IPs (via evil points) or for copper membership is just a tiny addition overall, i can't even say it for an addition, as it just a dust as a requirement or for a fee.
