We are seeking a junior Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, launch, and scale our affiliate program. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition through influencers, publishers, and financial content creators.
You won’t just be managing links; you will be building a revenue channel from the ground up. You will identify key partners in the fintech and investment space, negotiate competitive deals, and ensure sustainable growth for the firm.
Key Responsibilities: • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth targets and regulatory standards.
• Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners, including financial influencers (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), financial publishers, and comparison sites.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using advanced tracking tools. Provide weekly reports on KPIs (ROAS, LTV of referred users, conversion rates) to senior management.
• Compliance & Brand Safety: Work closely with our compliance team to ensure all affiliate promotions adhere to financial regulations (e.g., risk disclosures, no misleading claims).
• Tech Management: Oversee the affiliate dashboard and tracking platform, ensuring accurate statistics and smooth payouts for partners.
Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is required, with impeccable skills in speaking, reading, and comprehension to effectively communicate with high-level partners.
Professional Experience: + 2 years Demonstrated background in client-facing roles, specifically in Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Experience (CX).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Word) for reporting, data tracking, and partner documentation.
Industry Knowledge: General familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts, structures, and best practices.
The following qualifications are considered a significant advantage:
• Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing roles.
• Experience within the Finance, Fintech, or Trading sector.
What We Offer:Base Salary + 0.5 % Performance Based Commission + Bonuses.
This is a high-performance role. We offer a base ($100) but uncapped earning potential.
