I found a suspicious group activity in Pakistan local board. some users in Pakistan local board giving merit to each other And i think they probably working as group to rank-up their accounts.

With Their sending pattern i can only say they probably form a group and sent merit to each other on a normal post. If you see other board no one give marit to a normal post. So basically you are saying if some people form group with 20 people and send merit to each other it's ok. Forum become unfair people won't give merit to a people based on quality but based on their relationship

This is what that people can use to tag or if they send to alt accounts. I am just trying to be realistic.

Psychologically know that there are underground works that will be going on other local boards where people are active, most of them can not be innocent even if they are proving innocency. If you have the power to know this, you will know that I am right.

It would have been better if you caught them red handed in a way that they can be tagged. This thread can not yield anything positive the way you may think it would.

Well, here is another reason why the merit system is broken and rife with abuse. The examples given by the OP are just one small group of many accounts that are sending merits for the most frivolous of reasons. Many accounts that are posting in the same local language board will give merits for reasons many of us would not but the same applies to the global board too.

There are too many merits given in the global boards for absolutely no reason. I think as long as there is a two-tier merit system where some members are privileged by virtue of being merit source and some are not, it will create many problems including corruption and merit abuse.

The best way to prevent it- i think if local board earned merits gets lower sMerit like per 10 earned merit from local board only 1 sMerit can be given to other.  While global board stay same.

Given that the admin has always been in favor of strong local boards and that in the last addition of merit sources he was focused exclusively on local boards, then it is not strange to see that members of the same local boards exchange merits among themselves. I think this happens in all active local boards and unless it's about exchanging merits between alts, there's really no point in complaining about things like this.

I don't know any of them personally, but I have seen a couple of them on different topics. It is common in local boards to share merits among participants. You go to the WO thread and other local boards, and you will see that most of their merits are spread across a few accounts. It is commong thing. If you and I speak the same language and hang out in the same thread, it is obvious we'd get along if we like each other's posts.

However, I don't understand why the hell you would mention shahzadafzal's name. He is a merit source, and he shares merits to his local board, and he is assigned to do it. So, why would you mention his name in this group? Was he supposed to send merit somewhere else?
