I registered on May 26 2025, made a 500 deposit, made 5 bets, now I have 593 on my Balance, they don't withdraw money to me, they say that I have another account, but I only have one account.
This company does not respond to emails. I see a lot of people here with a story like mine, let's file a class action lawsuit

Wait, so this case happened in 2025, and all that time, they haven't said anything other than for you to list your other accounts in their casino?

Is there a chance you could provide evidence to back up your claims? I am not saying that you are lying, it's just that this board urges people who posts their scam accusation to include evidence to back up their claims.

It seems that there are also the same accusations as yours. It's gonna be hard if they've got a log that you actually have a multiple account in them because usually casinos are against with that. But even so, they should allow you to withdraw your money even the principal amount. And as said by acroman, you'll have to provide evidence that you have tried to reach them out and that's what they said.

At least show your proof and evidence like screenshots, chat logs from email or live chat that you attempted to chat them. Rollbit or any casinos have this kind of policy that if they detected that if an account is multi accounting, there's no way to recover it. Worst, they use it as an excuse, this is just a guess, but its possible.

When have you tried to withdraw your funds? I assume this is your first withdrawal request, and they detect suspicious activities; correct me if I am wrong. That's the problem of incomplete scam accusations; it's hard to understand the situation unless you follow the correct format for the scam accusation. If this is old case why now creating accusation?

It seems allegations have been raised against ROLLBIT. Their representative seems to have become active with one of my PMs, but sadly they aren't responding. On the other hand, you should provide all the details they are asking for. For the community, it's hard to verify whether you have one or multiple accounts; you have to talk with their support or representative.
