Stress is the way your body response to a demanding situation, it is a natural response that enables you to deal with challenging or dangerous situations. It can be good or bad as certain amount of stress can help you to reach your goals or to perform better, eg during an exam, a job interview, or a sporting event. While prolonged, extreme, or chronic stress can harm you as it can change your behavior, including the way you treat others, it can lead to substance abuse and other unhealthy means of coping. It may also lead to depression, burnout, or thoughts of suicide etc

Many situations can actually results to stress, it can be as a result of divorce,  death of a loved one, caring for a sick person, being abused which can be physical, emotional or sexual, serious accident etc

To help us cope with stress, you need to think about your physical health, the way you interact with others, and your goals and priorities in life​—that is, what you consider to be truly important. You should try to live one day at a time which helps to prevent anxiety about the next day and when you are less anxious, the less stressed you'll be, another important thing is to stop thinking over things that are not within your control-do the ones you can do and leave the rest to God,  make out time to relax, adequate sleep is a necessity, ensure good health by regular exercise and eating a heathy diet, set out your priorities in order of importance and take it one at a time at your own space, do not over work yourself...

You should try to live one day at a time which helps to prevent anxiety about the next day and when you are less anxious, the less stressed you'll be, another important thing is to stop thinking over things that are not within your control-do the ones you can do and leave the rest to God,  make out time to relax, adequate sleep is a necessity, ensure good health by regular exercise and eating a heathy diet, set out your priorities in order of importance and take it one at a time at your own space, do not over work yourself...
We've also oftentimes neglected stress which comes from lack of rest due to one's occupation. There are lot of people are currently undergoing critical health conditions due to a very long time neglected health challenges associated to work-related stress. The reason why this often becomes a major challenge especially when most of your job is more of a brain work than a bodywork is, you tend to take it for granted since it does not physically affects you or your body. You are more comfortable with the mental health issues than the physical one because the mental health issues might not manifest in you easily when it comes to the physical condition unlike the physical job such as laborers job etc. It has been put out there several times, how many remote workers find it extremely difficult to step away from work leading to constant on-the-clock feels and as a result leads to lack of unwinding and accumulated stress. As remote workers, when the pressures are on the high side and you do not find a time to rest, it can even lead to you having nightmares of the tasks. I've experienced it myself.

Tension and stress are two very complex conditions in human life where if a person suffers from these two conditions, then major complex physical complications arise. One of the main reasons for people to have a stroke is tension and stress, especially when people face financial problems in their family life, tension automatically arises. In the current economic situation of my country, it has become difficult to run a family and educate children with a low-paying job. In this situation, a lot of stress and tension works among the members of the middle-class family. There is no known way to reduce mental tension and stress and we usually cannot come out of stress or tension. This is our biggest weakness where we ourselves are constantly plagued by these two complex situations.

Stress is a global problem in developing countries. When stress builds up, the body can shut down for a while. Last night, I had the best night rest after suffering from headache that lasted for days. If we can give 1 hour or 2 hour a day for afternoon rest while in the night a 6-hour rest is needed at least to avoid stress. Everyone needs the level of rest.

Among the remedies that reduces stress, is to always identify the triggering factors or causes of your stress and stay away from it, engage yourself in social activities, because as you keep separating yourself from public, it some time worsening the situation, daily exercise and eating a well balanced diet also help.

EvenThough some people can not get rid of their cause of stress reason been that, for like person that's studying difficult course and he is still in the school or an individual that take care of of the family members and also person that lead some group of people in designated task, you can see that these categories of people can live their life in mild state of stress unless it get chronic. Then they most always observant about symptoms of chronic stress.

Managing stress is about taking things one step at a time and not overloading yourself. You don’t have to solve everything at once, focus on what you can control and leave the rest. Simple things like getting enough sleep, resting, eating well and even taking short breaks can really help. Also try not to overthink situations that are out of your hands. For example, if you are preparing for an exam, instead of stressing about the whole syllabus, you can break it into small parts and study bit by bit each day. That way, it feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

Stress is a personal problem which anyone that is suffering from it and adjust in their daily activities and give themselves a little time to rest and overcome the situation, you are responsible for the things that puts you in a discomfort situation due to your inability to have time for yourself to relax and have a few hours sleep, you don't have to sleep for hours or more to feel better s 45 minutes sleep cdn help to get out of stress but some people do not create rust little time they only concentrate on working day in day out without considering the well-being of their body. Sometimes what we need to keep our stress effect down is to sleep. A good sleep is a recipe for some stress related problems but most people don't know about it and they self medicate, causing harm to their body. Medically, sleep is needed to relax the body system at least 6 hours a day but if you are not able to have such a good sleep, it will begin to make you look weak, tired, inactive then gradually other challenges will develop from it.

We can not afford to always agree to do some work maybe because of the money involved. If we keep looking at the financial benefit and over work ourselves then we causing more harm. We should learn to say no to some job offer. For example, those who work in factories can decide to take up shifts that will keep them awake for days with just very little sleep just because they are paid for it but they forget that it will bring down faster and make them age quickly. So we should learn to manage stress by having good rest, eating good nutrition. There is a reason for break at the work place but some people still continues to work because of the extra money that will be paid, some book for overtime.

The conditions you've outlined are even on an Extreme level and don't really reflect on the root cause of stress in our today's society. The working environment is becoming more toxic by the day and that's a serious factor that leads to an high level of stress that's experienced by people. How can you deal with stress? Just work on what you can work on and do the things you can do while letting go of anything that's above your ability. You can't be everything to everyone and can't always do everything you planned doing. Doing things that are within your reach and letting others go will save you from some level of stress that can be easily avoided.

Work, sleep, engage in meaningful interactions, build the right people around you and ensure that you're not trying to run through life on your own. Leaning on people's shoulder can also help reduce stress.

I would say that stress actually often gives a signal that this thing is important for us. So instead of just avoiding it we need to try to understand where exactly this pressure is coming from, So I think it is not possible to completely eliminate stress, because there will always be some kind of pressure in life.
 Rather how we handle it is more important.  If we can manage it gradually and understand our limits this pressure can make us a little stronger.

Let me tell you this in the most honest way, the term 'stress' became common since the internet era and people think that they are having hard day and reach home to say they are stressd and need something to clear it but you know what, our body can handle it perfectly fine, and to say that fact better we give the physically demanding job the body will get better and get used to it.

And there is constant exposure to stress, which could be due to personal issues, too much of works but not getting the pay that they deserve, and too much of responsibility on their shoulder which often requires nothing but a break from everything.

Speaking of sleep, World Health Organization's IARC[1] said that lack of sleep can cause cancer and so, it won't just be stress but also disease. So the risk is there and it's high. Night shift jobs are the ones in the risk for that and I know that many here are night shift or likes to work like an owl but, here you go.

The best form to manage stress in my own opinion is to avoid whatever course of actions or events that would torment your emotions to the unstable state of health, it could be physically or mental stress.
Don't dare to bear burdens that the level of your mental faculty can not withstand due to pressure.
Try to save some energies and don't exhaust it over manpower or muscular activities.

Perhaps when you manages your stress, it energies you to do more and better ahead and would sustain you for a longer time.
Dont just go beyond your limit. Keep a gauge in average so that you don't overload yourself with stress.

On the contrary, people who are to complain about stress don't do that, it's those who spend minimal times doing less intensive tasks, go about saying things like, medically it's good to rest. To me it's as if something is not being shared with everyone else, think of the high task jobs those in political offices do, they're always on the road to offices and barely have quality sleep, yet still come out strong for early morning press comference; strong and fit. Is there something they do about it that people do not know about, because I do ask myself when do Mr President have the time to sleep.

Today, early in the morning, I saw a convoy of supposed political bodies, returning from a distant journey, with men and women in the vehicles, including the police men in the Hilux, fast at sleep, but the drivers were still active and going. Think of the drivers, they'll still be there to run daily errands, how do they cope with the stress and not break down?

A lot of things causes stress but I want to focus on remedies to reduce stress and I very much agree with you that SLEEP is a very good antidote for stress. When you sleep you are dead to all your worries and when you wake up you will be relaxed and energized to find solutions to tackle the root cause of the stress, if you don't find time to forget your worries it will overwhelm you and the stress level will increase. Always priotize your well-being and the best form of rest is sleep, if you deprive yourself of it your mental health will be affected.

It is important to choose the kind of job that you can can be able to do because if you breakdown your boss will hire another person to do your job so inasmuch as you need money to take care of a lot of things you shouldn't overstress yourself at your job. Why is almost everyone in this thread reluctant to talk about having sex?! Is it not a good way to reduce stress from the body?!
Alongside a good sleep and, eating good, lifting weights, going for long walks and also spending time with nature, having a good sex has got to be one of the best ways to manage stress trust me.
