Stress is one major problem human faces weather the rich or the poor provided your at the rightful age of thinking, though leverage could occur base on individual ways of handling stress related issue when observed, but it's inevitable., Many record of reality has shown that stress is best manage when proper rest is given to the body as when needed, it's also advise to eat healthy food , even doctor though not verify outline that having good sex is also helpful, as it will allow the body to rest properly or sleep. Over stress course many harm in humanity, multi tasking the body beyond it's limit is bad one should be able to know the limit the body can carry as it could go a long way in reducing stress rather than allowing the body to be over stretch before considering it's remedy.

This reminds me of college days, I believe that was first year during a psychology class, the lecturer was teaching about stress management and he stated that one of the best way to relieve stress is through sex. It came as a major bombshell to the class Cheesy Cheesy and everyone laughed about it. I actually did look up the information and figured out there’s a bit of true in that, giving that sex releases some feel good hormones like the oxytocin and the endorphins. It also lowers the hormone called the cortisol, which is the main stress hormone. But this isn’t actually a guaranteed way of relieving or managing stress because how effective this method would be depends strongly on the state of your relationship with your partner.

Just as the saying goes " All works without play makes Jack a dull boy", which its not proper for one to keep stressing themselves without having time for themselves by taking a break, take good care of themselves, take a deep breath, exercise and makes themselves happy, knowing that life is just but one, which has no duplicate of it. And finding that balance to rest or relax makes one to be more healthier and happier. So prioritizing self- care is a must, if one wants to ensure they have a good life.

If there isn't a genuine bond or connection, sex will give a sensation of emptiness in the end, which may be fuel for further anxiety and stress.

It's not easy to manage stress these days. Everyone is seeking for something, but when this thing isn't reached, we inevitably end stressed. I guess it's a situation we have to accept instead of avoiding, because there isn't really how to avoid stress or stressful thoughts.

Food and water can indeed cause stress and fatigue, but these may not really be the common causes and eating may not necessarily relieve stress in anyway, it can only rejuvenate your strength and energy but not relieve stress, sometimes what the body needs is actually some exercise and adequate rest. Some can work tirelessly for days without adequate rest. I know of someone who’s a bricklayer, I’d see him working everyday, and then I ask if he ever has a resting day, considering how hard the job is, it requires a lot of time to rest your body before even thinking of continuing again.

Stress isn't always about negative sometimes even the things we are excited about can drain us if we don't manage them carefully, I love the point you gave about balance because that's truly the key. pushing oneself to grow is very important understanding when to go out and rest is just as important if one ignore that it can begin affecting people's health without you even realizing it, finding time to rest or relax really makes a difference in long term investment.

With the economic situations in many countries where the cost of living is skyrocketing everyday and inflation is devaluing currencies it is quite difficult to avoid stress because taking care of basic needs is always a struggle. Most of the stress that we go through in life are as a result of financial matters, when there is no money on enough of it to take care of our responsibilities it will cause us stress in different areas. Relationships are affected because of insufficient funds to take care of immediate needs in the family, when there is no sufficient funds to pay for healthcare chalanges, when you are in dept you won't be happy.

It is important to control our stress because stressing cannot be a solution to the cause of the stress so being positive minded and doing the best that we can in any situation should give us some level of comfort. When you have done your best in any situation you should leave the rest for the time being, try to give yourself happiness by telling yourself that you have done the best that you can at the moment.

Why is almost everyone in this thread reluctant to talk about having sex?! Is it not a good way to reduce stress from the body?!
Alongside a good sleep and, eating good, lifting weights, going for long walks and also spending time with nature, having a good sex has got to be one of the best ways to manage stress trust me. And about exams,  I dislike late preparations, I lobe to prepare from time, I think it is the reason why I've never had an exam twice.
Don't expect people to bring that up here cause maybe they do not wanna talk about their sex life. You sure know a lot about how to manage stress but the idea of having sex when you are stressed I don't know If I have tried that but I know that taking a long work and going for some exercise has helped me a lot. For exams, early preparation gives you a better result so you don't have to wait before the exam day before getting prepared, study always then go jack the books and make yourself proud with good grades.

When I'm being stressed up, I prefer to take a nap in order to free me from it. Sleep is very good because it reset the memory and freshen your thoughts. If I don't sleep, I go out with my friends to have fun just to free myself from too much stress. Sleep well at night and don't turn your resting time into a time for doing other things that wouldn't add value to your life.

How does that work during a work day? Or are you just allowed to check out and take a nap? Also, even though sleep is essential for healthy mind, it's easier said than done to take naps, when you are so stressed that you can't even relax.

When i was stressed, i didn't get sleep even during the night, and i constantly woke up because i was stressed out about next day and paradoxically about the fact that i couldn't sleep enough. Insomnia often goes hand in hand with stress, and it's not about a choice to relax or to sleep more.
