How i manage my stress could be a little bits difference from others because i don't really know your guys manage yours.when I'm stressed first thing i always do is to avoid being in a lonely place, i'll find a place where people are interacting, connecting with love ones or I'll login to any of my social media accounts find some funny jokes just to lighten my mental my loads.

The best way to manage stress is to identify the reason why you're stressed, most stress could come from work, family, career, relationships, overthinking and being so worried about family needs and bill's, others reason can also be from not meeting up with your own needs as well. Once you're able to identify the source of your stress, it will be easier to manage it.
You can also manage stress by living within your reach, make do with what is available so that you won't be bothered with the things you can't control or do, it's also important to drink a lot of water, sleep well, eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle going to exercises or doing something that you love. Most times when I'm stressed I cook since I'm a chef, it helps me to relief stress and I also drink a lot of water.
There's this burden that just goes off your shoulders when you talk to someone or you both just start gisting or cracking jokes, and music they say is food to the soul, it can help you to relief stress too. Most times when I cook, I just keep listening to music and before you know you'll bounce back again. We know that stress can lead to mental health and most times it gets very serious and if such cases happens it is important that such person should be referred to a therapy session or seek the help of a counsellor.

A lot of people have been working but not realizing the needs for them to plan themselves in a way that will not affect them in what they do, there are conditions in which we can avoid going through stress in other to achieve what we intended from them, too much of stress is not good because it may affect our physical or mental health, when we work and get tired, it is expected that we replenish ourselves and see that we have proper time to rest and also maintain our health status to balance well.

The best way to manage stress is to identify the reason why you're stressed, most stress could come from work, family, career, relationships, overthinking and being so worried about family needs and bill's, others reason can also be from not meeting up with your own needs as well. Once you're able to identify the source of your stress, it will be easier to manage it.
Definitely every person most no what is giving them stress even if they're doing a couple of things all together but however there is stress in work than all other things because work stress doesn't start from when you are in the office but starts from when you are still at home especially a woman with children that's schooling because you would be waking up when you are supposed to be sleeping, making there food, bathing them before you will starts going to work to face another stress and is very difficult for a person in this position to have good rest except there is someone who could help out on the home stress, so actually someone could identify what is stressing them but cannot do much about it because is an unneglectable responsibility.

I think everyone has some more or less stress in their life. But some have adapted to that stress very easily and some cannot. But yes, sometimes the stress can be too much. If we can adapt to our stress, then it will not harm us much. Everyone may have some work along with their own responsibilities, which they have to accept naturally. I think that one's own mentality plays a key role in managing stress. There are some people who get very upset or worried when extra work or responsibility increases, if they do not do that but can adapt to that pressure naturally, then stress is not that harmful for them. But of course, there is a limit to it, if it crosses the limit, then it is no longer under control.

Stress management is a very important aspect of human existence because stressful situations occur daily and very often. Body responses to shock is very important because it contributes to health risks and at the extreme end, death. There has been several cases of death due to stresses not properly handled by the person. There has been situations too where someone received a news and collapsed or even die out of shock. These are the effects of improperly managed stresses which is very rampant in our society.
My opinion about stress management is:
When a stressful assignment is given to you, don't see it as a do or die situation but see it as something you need to do instead of something you Must do. When you are faced with a difficult situation that you feel that you must have to do something even when you know you don't have the solution, ask yourself 'if I die, won't life continue?' When you think that you are the only solution to a problem, just know that you are opening yourself up for pressure and pressure kills. Some of the real problems we face is the pressure we allow ourselves to be in and that's the one that really kills like virus.
Always caution yourself and remind yourself that if anything happens to you, life continues so avoid too much stress and you will see the result both in your appearance and peace you will be experiencing.

Stress slows down the human mind, there exist numerous ways to overcome it, but a quality rest is the adequate remedy for stress. Professors in school after several years of no valuable rest find out that their teaching patterns or quality decreases to a significant amount, nothing else other than months off vacation would restore the Professor into offering sound teachings to the students again. The issue with slow growth is that people think they're wasting time when they rest or spend time with loved ones or relatives, those activities help to relax the brain and make it sound much better in thoughts and reasoning.

In my youth, I attended gym to manage stress. Physical work made my mind focus on result and it helped me to change my focus from stressful situation. Today taking a walk works well for me. I put on headphones, turn any music on almost silent setting (enough to hear a bit of music and a bit of surrounding), and begin walking. I believe that change of surrounding, being alone with yourself (to talk to yourself in your mind) helps to manage stress. It seems like running from something, but for me it is a process that gather my thoughts together and think it all through.

Sounds more like you’re an extrovert. Introverts would have a different view. So I guess you’re right that stress management can vary from person to person, depending on the nature of the person. I do like to hang out too with friends when I feel like stress, especially mental stress and just wanna unwind. But if it’s physical stress, then the last thing I’d wanna do is go out or hang out, I just stay back home, watch some reels and try to sleep…

Stress is usually caused by overthinking something, if you want to reduce stress then you need to learn to let go and accept it easily. Another important strategy is to keep yourself busy and socialize with people as much as possible. Loneliness and wasting time are the main causes of stress. When you feel stressed, keep yourself busy with physical activity, sports, hanging out with friends or other recreational activities. Even try to get enough sleep, adequate sleep helps reduce stress. If someone fails to control themselves, then maybe these suggestions are worthless, however if you learn to control yourself then there is no such thing as stress, your heart will tell you when to do what.

People are different. "Loneliness and wasting time" might be your main causes of stress, but not for someone else. And "keeping your self busy" is something that can actually cause stress when you are avoiding something with it. Spending time with friends, even when you enjoy their company can cause stress for some, because introverts and ambiverts can be easily get overloaded by the stimulation from company. That can cause insomnia btw, which can be as much of a symptom as the cause of stress. Telling people to just "control" themselves sounds like ableism to me. But physical activity (or sports), eating healthy, drinking enough and fresh air already do wonders, actually help a lot.

When comes to exercising, it is easier said than done, specially because in the majority of jobs in the developing world, people are pushed to work over 12 hours a day, with no spare time in order to engage in activities which could be used to relieve stress and anxiety. Sadly, whether we like it or not, stress has turned into a way of living and not into something which is viewed as an undesirable effect of modern life.
Some societies even believe than being stressed is a sign of being busy and productive, encouraging their youth to work until they cannot do anything beyond holding their position at their workplace.

Breathing diaphragms reflexively gets forgotten or becomes hard to maintain, in terms of recuring the brain about such an exercise. I do know, it could be mastered, and helps a lot with relaxing the mind, and improve confidences as well, but the sense that when one tries to be consistent at doing it, the impulse goes away after a few days or even some hours, could be the main logic behind why it's mostly underestimated, yet reliable and efficient.

How i manage my stress could be a little bits difference from others because i don't really know your guys manage yours.when I'm stressed first thing i always do is to avoid being in a lonely place, i'll find a place where people are interacting, connecting with love ones or I'll login to any of my social media accounts find some funny jokes just to lighten my mental my loads.
It’s hard to find a solution that fits all. Because not everyone is the same. Someone’s concept of destressing might mean going out while someone else’s might mean staying in. Those are things that only yourself can decide.

Seriously stress needs to be managed properly. Cause when we fail to manage it, it results to serious issues that affects our daily life both physically and mentally. It's always advisable to go for check ups, take break from work and also have the habits to free the mind from whatever thing we find ourselves lost in. A lot of people have been working but not realizing the needs for them to plan themselves in a way that will not affect them in what they do, there are conditions in which we can avoid going through stress in other to achieve what we intended from them, too much of stress is not good because it may affect our physical or mental health, when we work and get tired, it is expected that we replenish ourselves and see that we have proper time to rest and also maintain our health status to balance well.
If someone else should as me, bro, how can I manage my stress. I tell such person the best way you can manage stress is by working on adjusting your lifestyle first. How are you able to do it, it is by firstly consuming a healthy diet consisting of veggies and fruits and whole grains. It also means you have to focus more on important tasks first then break down large projects into pieces by working on scheduled time for each task. When there are excessive demands, you need to learn to say no instead of being Mr. Yes to all tasks pushed towards your table. The one you might have been expecting to hear is maintaining a consistent sleep hygiene by having a proper sleeping schedule and avoiding screens before bed.

On the contrary, people who are to complain about stress don't do that, it's those who spend minimal times doing less intensive tasks, go about saying things like, medically it's good to rest. To me it's as if something is not being shared with everyone else, think of the high task jobs those in political offices do, they're always on the road to offices and barely have quality sleep, yet still come out strong for early morning press comference; strong and fit. Is there something they do about it that people do not know about, because I do ask myself when do Mr President have the time to sleep.
Today, early in the morning, I saw a convoy of supposed political bodies, returning from a distant journey, with men and women in the vehicles, including the police men in the Hilux, fast at sleep, but the drivers were still active and going. Think of the drivers, they'll still be there to run daily errands, how do they cope with the stress and not break down?
Yes all you have said is the truth. Stress can be taken care of in so many ways as it's varies from individual, like you rightly mentioned the drivers, they are not always on the road and some time the even have different shifts that enables them to rest from there daily activities. The president also are not always available , rather they go vacation from time to time to relax the body and there vice helps to coordinate things till the are back from where ever the go. Business people also train capable hands that cover there lapses and give them reports of the activity going on in the organizatio. So with all this mentioned each person have there ways of burning out stress from there bodies.
