1Inch API and KYC

I needed access to 1inch's API. I made an account, and I was surprised that not only I needed to KYC, but also provide business details...? so I'm not entirely sure how is someone supposed to build a product when he's testing, you're supposed to build the business website first?

They first asked me to the standard KYC through sumhub. I didn't do it, and tried to look for alternatives, but then a few days later, I received an email asking me to finish filling my personal details + business details (which at first, was not requested).

Does anyone know if this is a normal procedure (for everyone)? They even gave me a deadline, when I didn't do anything except creating an account.

Perhaps the KYB request is just an optional follow-up process (both KYC/KYB processes are separate requests), as according to their FAQ⁽¹⁾, it's only required if you want to upgrade your subscription level. I've also found community acknowledgement of this things^(2)(3)(4). Anyway, I could be wrong.
