The only thing that I can do here at the forum, is to tell you again that If you believe this action was taken in error, you can contact our customer support team for further information. I think it is quite clear that according to the evidence we have about you, the consequential decision has been made.

I can understand that you prolly cannot do much from here, but i reckon that would be the same case for your customer support team. I say so because support in most casinos sound like bots and it can be really frustrating, they'd just keep repeating the same line that "their decision on the matter is final". Is there no way you can escalate this case to a part of the team that can actually do something, at least look into it.

I have personally escalated, thus I am writing here the outcome. This is the end result sadly. The only thing that I can advice the user who feels wronged here is to contact our customer support and go the proper way of escalation.

It is not about what you allow or not. It is about data privacy and protection that we must follow due to the regulations we strictly abide, bigger than you, me, or the company.

That’s good too see a representative here and guiding the OP to resolve this case if it was really a false flag that maybe the system detected something suspicious. Unfortunately what EpicCharles mentioned is true, user’s data are protected and won’t be shared just because that person allowed it. This is something I knew about before and it’s annoying to be honest.
I hope that you can at least specify more the exact reason without sharing any sensitive information about the user. For example you can say maybe the OP was taking advantage of a bonus or something like that.

I have a question about this matter, why the account wasn’t closed before? It looks suspicious for the public that right after few withdraws, he received a ban? Is it really not related to the winnings, and what proves that other honest players they won’t get in the same after winning bigger amounts?

The OP’s post and your responses is all I’ve had to read on this thread given that you do have these contacts and get solutions with your influence when the forum wouldn’t have had much to do with it.

I’m wondering though, just how does it work that, users are required to do multiple KYC when, they had previously submitted and completed the process. It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me but yeah, I understand that there could be levels to this as, you could be required to do very light KYC that might not even require documents but simply cell number and email verification before, some advanced once.

It would be an eye opener to know what is and how this is resolved though. Hope the OP can provide what you need to enable you help the case much easier.

1- i guess the ag acceptance depends on how you write the threat , they rejected me because i didnt upload proofs and in the mail says the reason is insuficient proofs, anyways i read the guidelines and they say that if the reason of closure is in the casino terms they cant do anything thats why i was confused and  asked it to you.....

2 - I guess they send you some "proofs" of my case and if you are trying make me a "favor" is because you tend to believe im not "guilty"

Far as I know, ADR [be it CG or AG, will make it official and accept to mediate, and ask for supporting evidence, after they read the letter sent to them and they deemed the situation has its merit. The fact that AG refuses instead of asking for more proof... I think it's not because you didn't upload more image. Though if you ask for my advice, I'll suggest you to rewrite, and this time be very very specific, complete with supporting evidence, and see what their response are. LMK.

2. With all due respect, I don't draw conclusion before I scrutinize every proof. I am refusing to rubber stamped you as "guilty" or "not guilty" before I get insight from every side [even the third or fourth side, really, there is nothing called "too many sides" as long as they're not biased and speaking under provable basis]. I think you should go ahead and write to Askgamblers again, while Holydarkness also tries to get his contact to look into your case one more time. But this time, be as detailed as possible to AG, if they take it up, then lack of information was prolly the initial problem, but if they don't, then that would be because they don't think you have a case against the casino. And if it is the latter, it'd make things much more difficult for you, as far as getting your money back is concerned.

Regarding 'Valuebetting': This is the most absurd part of their defense. Valuebetting is not a breach of integrity; it is the result of a bookmaker failing to price their markets correctly. If Epicbet offers a price and accepts my stake, they have entered a binding contract. Labeling 'smart betting' as 'systematic exploitation' is a desperate attempt to avoid paying a winning player.


Regarding the KYC: Any minor observation about the background of a photo is not grounds for confiscating funds(im still not sure which was the reason). I am the sole owner of this account, and my documents are 100% authentic. If the casino had a legitimate concern, they should have requested a re-upload, not stolen my balance.

It is disappointing to see AskGamblers side with a casino that punishes customers for being better at sports than their own software. This resolution lacks any sense of fairness or 'moral' ground. It is simply a pro-casino decision that ignores the basic principles of consumer protection."

I dont want to abide their ruling, they stole me and spit on my face.

The casino is weaponizing its Terms and Conditions to justify balance confiscation. By labeling legitimate winning strategies as 'Value Betting,' they are effectively penalizing a user for being accurate, which is the very essence of sports betting.

AskGamblers' ruling lacks moral scrutiny. They have acted as a mere rubber stamp for the casino’s predatory terms, failing to differentiate between actual fraud and a user simply finding better odds. Their mediation only serves to legitimize an unfair advantage for the bookmaker.

The request for 3 separate KYC videos was a bad-faith fishing expedition. Instead of verifying my identity, the casino searched for any technicality or environmental detail to void my winnings, despite me providing all requested proof of personhood.

I am currently pursuing all available avenues for resolution. If the casino continues to hide behind predatory terms and bad-faith mediation, I will not hesitate to take this case to the Anjouan authorities.

Just look at them—operating under an Anjouan license, which is notoriously the most difficult jurisdiction for resolving disputes. Who would believe these scammers? At this point, I don't expect to recover my money, but I want to make sure my story serves as a warning so others can avoid registering here and becoming the next victim of this scam.

it was my mistake not to check the reviews on Trustpilot beforehand. If I had done my due diligence and seen the experiences of others, I would have avoided these scammers entirely. I hope my experience serves as a lesson for anyone considering depositing here.
