I don't think there is much to the working principle of Bitcoin if not for you to learn about the basic knowledge of Bitcoin and to follow it. That is, for you to invest with the amount you can afford to lose, apply a DCA strategy, have a long term investment perspective, avoid fomo and panic, have a diversified investment(70% Bitcoin, and 30 altcoin), and have a target price.
With the stated principle above, you can deal away with the fear and anxiety when it arises in your Bitcoin investment

Absolutely, learning is important before embarking on the investment in anything especially Bitcoin, so many individuals go into without understanding how it's works and end up making emotional decisions when the market moves. Taking time to learn and having a long term mindset can make a big difference. Knowledge and patience go hand in hand when it comes to Bitcoin the more you understand it the less likely you are to panic during market fluctuations.

You made some nice point,  The only thing I disagree with you is when you wrote "Taking time  learn".   We should know that we don't need to know everything about Bitcoin before we invest . The more time you wait to learn, the more opportunity you lose to invest. You just need to have some basic knowledge at first. You can start small with little amount that isn't important to you. then when you have started investing in Bitcoin, you can then continue to learn more.. Having knowledge alone doesn't prevent someone to losses, what they also need is having the right mindset, self control, patience and discipline. Newbies might not have those attributes at first, but as time goes on during their investments journey , they will start building their experience and self confidence through their mistakes and knowledge they have gathered.

If you want to treat bitcoin as an investment then just buy it, no need for any qualification to buy bitcoin other than having money in your bank account and an email, along with a valid ID to register on an exchange.

If you have been waiting for a while already then you must realize that you missed the opportunity and I am sure you will regret for not buying early but atleast buy now then you will be happier with the decision you made in the next 5 or 10 years.

But don't invest more than you can afford to lose.

For a very long time i have had about bitcoin,  how life transforming it has been to all investors but finds it difficult getting involved because I don't know where to start from and how to go about for possible results and this has stood as an obstacles depriving me access from getting same benefits others are getting from bitcoin.  I don't know if more about its working principles could be explained in detail for more clarity.

Learn as much as you can about Bitcoin, try out testnets for exchanges, testblockchains for sending test coins between addresses, read the whitepaper, watch youtube videos that explain it (But not from influencers who try to hype something up) and try mining.

There is only so much you can learn before you try the real deal out.

Sometimes you just have to jump into the cold water. Or in other words, take a leap of faith.

But be sure not to panic sell as that itself will definitely go wrong. Pick a timespan of at least a few years to see how you feel and do not invest more than you can afford. There are way too many people who put in too much money and then their eyes are glued to the screen, looking at charts every day until they panic sell at a lower price than they bought.

For me, the most perfect ways to reduce the fear of investing in Bitcoin is to realize that you don't actually need to know everything about Bitcoin before starting. So many people actually spend years watching Bitcoin from the sidelines, just because they feel that they need to have prefect knowledge before starting Bitcoin accumulation, but one thing people forget is that learning always becomes very easier once you start, and personally I believe that experience is the best teacher.

A good way for anyone to approach Bitcoin is just to focus on education, learn and also understand the basics of Bitcoin, how Bitcoin actually works, its purpose, how Bitcoin wallets truly function and the significance of keeping private keys safe. As you learn more and more about Bitcoin, uncertainty will slowly give way to confidence.

It is also advisable to start Bitcoin investment with what you can afford to leave untouched and comfortably hold for long term, don't invest in Bitcoin with money you'll need, invest with your discretionary income. This act will remove any form of emotional pressure due to market fluctuations. And lastly, the market always reward those that have patient and continue learning, Instead of putting your focus of quick gains.

Its much easier to have no fear when you have made some gains then you can roll over the gains and retain the capital separately, leaving no risk but what you have already gained.   Then everything you do there after is like genius or at least its much easier to not be under any pressure as its all positives from your first gain.   Respect the break of trend or moves that just say you are wrong and mostly you will learn from there on far more easily with less fear hopefully.
