If the only reason why you want to invest in bitcoin is because of the success stories which you have been reading about it, I would say you should either change your mind or be prepared to get disappointed.

Most of those stories are from those who got into bitcoin early and made it through by buying when the price was very cheap. As it stands now, there can be profit from bitcoin, but it doesn't come fast.

Bitcoin doesn't perform magic, it's just a market which is volatile if you hold it for long, and you might get rewarded with profit but not as big as they celebrate of buying lambo with it.

What fascinates you into wanting to join bitcoin should be the basis of how your question will be answered here. If you’re seeing bitcoin as an investment, then you should start off as soon as possible and have in mind to invest for a long term because a long term investment is what pushes for a more sustainable investment that is profitable in the long run.

If you’re seeing bitcoin in the perspective of a trader, then it is important that you should only risk only what you can afford to lose and being advised as a beginner, it is not something you should focus on immediately you’re getting on bitcoin. It is very risky and can make you lose your capital quickly than you would in a bitcoin investment. It all balls down to mindset, and once you have a strong mindset and work towards it, you’ll achieve a lot of things through it.

Firstly you should take your time to learn about bitcoin, take your time to properly understand what bitcoin is all about, don’t invest in bitcoin or start trading just because you see that people are making money already in crypto space, if you jump into bitcoin investment base on what you see on social media, then you going to regret after joining because you just going to lose lots of money.

You should know that trading isn’t a Ponzi scheme, it’s not a place where you can easily multiply your money, because some people see crypto investment as a place where they can easily multiply their money which is wrong, if you have that kind of mindset, then you might just end up losing money because you might fall into scammers trap.

I feel there are just lots of things which you are suppose to know about bitcoin before you just into it, because from your posts it’s obvious you don’t have any knowledge about bitcoin, and you are just interested in bitcoin because of people you see on social media rejoicing about the benefits they have gotten from bitcoin.

What you need to determine at the beginning is (in order):

• investment model (DCA / lumpsum / martingale / etc.)
• source of capital
• platform to buy (CEX / p2p marketplace / ATM / F2F / etc.)
• wallet to store (HardWare, SoftWare, CEX, etc)
• wallet backup media and methods
• selling plan

What you need to know:

• advantages of each investment model
• safe buying methods (platform, procedures and precautions)
• Bitcoin wallet that is safe for the long term and how to back up

Those are the tips, in general. Maybe there are some I missed. You should read more of other people's suggestions on this forum. Don't accept suspicious offers.

You are obviously the one complicating things for yourself. The so called signals will mislead you if you don't have prior experience understanding those moves. Even experienced analyst gets confused most times. As a beginner keep it simple and stay consistent to it. There will always come a time where growth becomes eminent.

Apply simple DCA and keep up with it. Ensure to use discretionary funds in order not to be under any form of pressure. The bitcoin market is only profitable to those who have patience and are emotionally intelligent.

If you want to be a successful Bitcoin investor you shouldn't focus on monitoring the market because you can be discouraged when it starts to dip, so you can choose DCA strategy and focus on buying for the long term. You should know that there is a difference between trading and investment, if you're always looking at signals that means that you're a trader and traders wants to enter the market to make quick profits. But a Bitcoin investor is not in a hurry to take profit therefore there's no need to worry about technical analysis, you should buy when you have a discretionary fund and be focused on holding for a long term, the longer the better for you because Bitcoin can reach $1,000,000 one day.

My advice to you is not to rush into any investment and to study and analyze everything in great detail first.
Social networks are not the best place to gather information about investing.
Remember that for every person who has made money on crypto, there are at least 10 others who have lost but don't brag about it publicly.
I advise you to first learn the basics, and understand what btc actually is, how it all works, how to do fundamental analysis of price movements, etc.
You need to understand that btc and crypto are risky investments and that there is a risk of losing money if you invest without quality analysis and research of the crypto market.
It is important to create a strategy and investment plan, as well as a clear exit strategy.

Stop following social medias, there are lots of misleading contents and people there, most just want to slide into their dms and ask how they do it so they can extort money from you..

Take your time, but don’t take too long to make decisions.. all you need the right one.

This is the right time to start investing in Bitcoin if you really want to but Bitcoin isn’t a marginal investment that will make you rich overnight.

I will recommend DCA..but you must be consistent and willing to HODL.

Ask yourself this question first and see, make up your mind right after.

I have seen people talking this way but they come up here thinking maybe it's for them, there is no room for you if you don't care about what Bitcoin is solving in today's world, in short period of time you will get bored.

I am talking from experience because I have refer people to this forum and today they are no more active, I blamed myself for even wasting my time, I judge them wrongly, thinking they have same vision as mine.

It seems they did it all for quick money and Bitcoin isn't such.

you might be looking at the market already. it will not make sense to you if you don’t know what each symbol represents. honestly if you aren’t interested in trading, you can just look at the price and buy. i’d recommend starting out with picking the right wallet.
