Sorry for the delay, the Account reopening happened at the 25.01.2026. The Blockchain Transaction happened from 25.01.2026 to 29.01.2026...It were multiple Transactions.

I am saying this as urgent because Toshi decided to honor and acknowledge their miss in RGA by refunding you in full, sent to a wallet of your choosing, as per proven blockchain transfer in amount. Toshi also assured me that they've revamped their RGA, where self-exclusion can be done easily by the players themselves, following this event.
