That wont work when they intend to disrupt any alternatives also.  There are some work arounds but they involve the Suez canal which is also under the influence of Iran or its proxies.  Iran has no intention of losing the leverage they have, its more powerful then outright victory.  What will happen eventually is oil outside of this area will gain a premium over this constant disruption, threat and risk cost via insurance costs etc.   It makes the Venezuela oil far more attractive but the premium is a requirement as costs to refine that sour oil are far more apparently.

It won't last long if the conflict between Hezbollah and Israel persist. Lebanon should work in collaboration with Iran to disarm Hezbollah. Only then, peace will be ensured. A new agreement has been reached, but I don't believe it will last long. The relationship is extremely fragile and, as we have seen before, any action considered contrary to what has been established is grounds for reigniting the conflict. This conflict is truly difficult one for ordinary citizen. No quick solution will reached when each country keep on blaming the other and struggling towards winning. When all the weapons are utilized, war makes the world only sad. An international institute which named as Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty was established because which country has the nuclear weapons is not depends on it's own choices for this purpose the NOC of this treaty is very important which is not given to any other countries. Iranians added the end of the ethnic cleaning and clearing done by isreali regime in Lebanon as part of their peace plans the US government agreed to this but they have refused to restrain the Isreali government from making that happen continuously. Also tue online threats of Donald Trump threatening to bomb Iran again angered them and they decided to walk out of the negotiations expecting an apology from Donald Trump before they return back negotiating. You would need to do a huge amount of mental gymnastics if you really want to see this as a USA victory. I mean they literally killed the leader of the regime, so that's good on them, thats I guess a victory point, but aside from that they have done literally nothing. Iran ain't stopping nuclear works, if they actually believe that Iran would stop, then I am sorry but they are more naïve then even I imagined.

Whereas, Iran made a whole deal out of strait and actually managed to make it work as well, and made everyone stepback and stop. Let us try to use our brain for a moment. If the Iranian government is truly as brutal and dictatorial as the West portrays it. Why did their people still support their own government and all unite to drive out the invaders? Why didn't they betray their own administration and welcome the aggressors with open arms, the way Venezuela did?
