Hello Bitcointalk members,
I'm posting to share my experience and ask if anyone has faced similar issues with Stake.com and found a solution.
**Account:** DK900261
**What happened:**
- In mid-March 2026, I tried to withdraw my balance.
- Stake required KYC Level 4 verification. I submitted real bank statements as requested.
- The documents were rejected multiple times.
- On April 4, 2026, Stake applied indefinite self-exclusion. Their email said I could still withdraw the remaining balance.
- After that, the account was permanently closed.
- When I asked to withdraw the remaining funds, support refused, saying "breaking Terms of Service" without explaining which exact clause was violated.
I have sent many follow-up emails, but the responses are always vague or "case closed".
I have already posted on AskGamblers.com and CasinoMeister.com.
Has anyone here had a similar situation (self-exclusion + permanent closure) on Stake.com and managed to get the withdrawal approved?
Any advice would be appreciated.
All evidence (emails and timeline) is documented.
The following is evidence: the stake's rejection evidence was arbitrarily changed, and the stake's agent claimed to have excluded withdrawals from their records. Furthermore, the stake's customer service representative stated that they never uploaded bank statement evidence.
Thank you.
