Slots are very easy to engage and the outputs are fast to come by which would trigger you to keep going on and on, it is very addictive TBH, but maybe it is your preference. The time I was almost addicted was with crash games which I enjoy more than any other casino game.
With the nature of slots, it is very easy to get addicted in it if you never had control over your gambling activities or you don't actually gamble with a budget.

Similar case is to cigar addiction, some people are addicted to brand A, while others addicted to brand B, C, D, etc.

Slots games are obviously more addictive than sportsbetting in comparison because while slot games rarely have a stop or pause period and have a 24/7 nature of play, sportsbetting is designed to have some period of waiting where one can focus on other things or other games before the results come through.
Slots are addictive more and can easily make a gambler not see it as a source of entertainment only because they have unknowingly become addicted when they start chasing wins to recover losses. Whereas sportsbetting may use the time of waiting to make a gambler see the need in partaking in other activities that breaks the cycle of addiction even for a minute or two.

this has been said often here and i still maintain that both sots and sport betting are addictive, addiction depends on the gambler. if the slot gambler or sport bettor is gambling out of control, it will definitely lead to addiction, anyone who does not have self control will keep on chasing after loses or profit till they become addicted. the only different between slot and sport game is that sport will allow you to make prediction, stake and wait for the outcome before staking another one, while in slot you may gamble in each round without getting tired.

Yes I agree with you, it was designed for players to get addicted to it. They all have the same game play, you have to spin the lever and win different multiplier but as you can see, different games have different themes and multipliers and not only it's fast paced game play just like what you've already said but the game design was made for us to be stimulated thus getting addicted to it, the animations, colors and sounds are all stimulating our brain to keep playing and playing until we lose, it's little details but if you pay attention to it, it's really there on the plain sight, you thought it was just for presentation or to attract players to play but it's actually playing with your brain.

I wouldn't say that slots is the most addictive gambling game but to accurately describe it you can say that it's one of the addictive gambling games. People have their preference, not everyone is addicted to slot games, a large population of gamblers are addicted to crash games and other types of games, casino games in general are addictive

I often play slots with my friends to test my luck. I found it very exciting when I was new to gambling but I don't play slots regularly. I prefer betting on sports because relying solely on luck sometimes makes me feel bored. By betting on sports you can apply your skills and it is an opportunity to test your luck because you are analyzing the teams while betting but the best team can sometimes lose due to lack of luck.

Slots can be addictive for some gamblers but for me it didn't become too addictive because I wasn't very lucky for slot game and I gradually lost interest in it. But still I sometimes get curious to test my luck again and try it sometimes.

Both slots and sports betting can cause the same financial ruin if given the chance, although because of the 24/7 access for slots, makes it more likely to be addictive than sports betting but one has to be a slot lover before spending whole day in the casino playing slot.

I would not consider them to be the most addictive but you play with money anytime you're on it. Sports for example is an immersive game, and people who are really into it spend a lot of time analyzing games and possibilities, they just do not lose money while doing it.

I don't agree that slot games are the most addictive in gambling, the reason for my opinion is based on personal experience in sports betting and also the experience of friends whom I have witnessed. Generally, every type of gambling is addictive, I first started sports betting and it was only sports betting I was doing when I started experiencing compulsive gambling habit in myself. I didn't fight with addiction for a long time before I came to a self realization but even I started playing slot games, I have already experienced addiction in betting. I have shared a story here about a civil engineer who used the money meant for a project to bet and he lost the game, that was how he abandoned the project and ran away. There were many other incidents that made me believe that every form of gambling is addictive as long as winning money is involved.

I can't agree less with you especially when compared with sport betting. Though there are also sport virtual games that release result in short period of time but it's still no match for a slot gameplay releases it's result almost instantly. Slot games are one of the worst games to get addicted to because you can spend enough money with very short time in the casino and spend short time with lots of money doesn't always go well for gambling, it make you feel cheated and the thought of revenge would definitely kick in which will further increase the addictive nature of the gambler.
