The problem is that I now have to create a telegram account to contact you so I can get my card. See that right there? The telegram account. I am told Telegram these days even displays one's country of origin in the chat messages. Have you tried to explore other much more anonymous ways of getting in touch with your support?

Manual admin approval will significantly reduce the service response time. Wouldn't it be better to send the payment link to the admin and pay in cryptocurrency?

This might be true from your side, but based on your "TOS", it appears that you're relying on a third-party provider that, at any time, can ask users to go through a series of KYC steps ^{[e.g., they use automated AML systems to flag transactions, so there could always be false-positive results (unfortunately)]}.
