Thank you for responding. Even though there are no campaigns currently running on the forum, it is disappointing to see that you are not active here. Since the project is progressing well, discussing it in the forum's (ANN) Thread is quite normal. Even if any problems arise, forum members will discuss them here. Considering these things, being active here is also important.
Although you have mentioned an alternative way to contact you quickly, along with sending messages through the manager, customers' problems should also be monitored directly from the forum.
