On opening the exchange the 2.5% super rate makes me avoid the sub standard bitcoin and or other currency exchanging my income . Go with the special rates and exchange doesn't start due to incorrect captcha multi times

This fund will be used for refunding swap in case mobit exchange don't fulfill the obligation. Refunds to the accuser will be processed as "first come first serve".
If mobit exchange requests for a refund of this escrow fund, they must wait for at least 1 week to 1 month after requesting the refund, provided there will be no open scam accusation against them. Good step and the reserve is excellent, but there are a few points to note: Minimum deposit is a bit high; $100 isn't a good minimum. Fees are relatively high compared to other services. According to the homepage, the service doesn't collect user data (No Logs), but according to the terms of service: 5.5 MoBit may collect your IP address. If your IP address indicates a prohibited jurisdiction, MoBit may deny access to the website and services. This leads us to the following: While the service claims to be No KYC, there's no explicit NO KYC requirement in the terms of service.
Otherwise, the service is good, and I'll try it after receiving answers.

There are several countries that are prohibited but I did not find which countries they are, if the information is incomplete it will definitely make some people afraid to make exchanges because it could be that the country is prohibited and they cannot continue the transaction process.

Term & Conditon > Prohibited Jurisdictions Those who are confirmed are US, and other country are based on the laws of their country. If your country's laws prohibit cryptocurrency, then your country are inclueded on this list. Maybe you just can follow are general information on internets like. "Full list on each country are allowed, or prohibited about cryptocurrency" Can somehow use these list as guide for the country potential getting Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Hi there, team!
Hope you're doing well. I was trying the testing service, but I found some problems. At the very first, when I was trying to access the website, it says server down and to check the internet connection. But after waiting for some minutes, I got access to the site smoothly. After that, when I clicked the switched logo located between swap pairs, it said "400, bad request."
Other than this, the team is holding good reserves according to the mentioned data on the site. Well, I am trying to test more things on-site. Best of luck, you guys, with your project.

Thank you for the feedback! We do not restrict any jurisdictions, we leave it up to the end user to follow local laws and regulations we do not geo-block any users so MoBit can be used anywhere with an internet connection. We will edit our terms to make this more clear. There are several countries that are prohibited but I did not find which countries they are, if the information is incomplete it will definitely make some people afraid to make exchanges because it could be that the country is prohibited and they cannot continue the transaction process.

Little Mouse is acting as escrow. We have sent 0.25 BTC to him. Details on this will be posted by him. We will update this post with the escrow terms.
Thank you for the constructive reply. On the minimum deposit: we understand that $100 may appear high at first glance. This threshold is intentional and is largely tied to maintaining efficient execution, particularly for XMR-related swaps. After each spend, XMR outputs require time before they can be used again, and a large number of very small transactions can create unnecessary congestion in the sending queue. By keeping the minimum somewhat higher, we are able to preserve speed and provide a smoother experience for users overall. On the privacy and Terms point: MoBit is a true no-KYC service. We do not request identity documents, we do not run a KYC workflow, and we do not operate a KYC system behind the scenes. The wording in Section 5.5 is there to reflect the realities of web infrastructure and jurisdictional access controls, not to imply that MoBit collects and stores personal user data. As with any online service, certain network-level information may exist at the ISP, DNS, server, or hosting-provider level, which is outside of our control. MoBit itself does not collect personal user information as part of the swap process. We do agree that this point can be stated more clearly, and we will improve the wording in the Terms so that the no-KYC nature of the service is made explicit and leaves less room for ambiguity. Thank you again for the feedback. Comments like this are useful because they help us improve both the service and how we present it.

This is one of the simplest exchanges I’ve seen, no KYC, nothing fancy, just straight to the point.
What you really need to do is build a good reputation in the forum, and I think it’s a good step that you started running a campaign with one of the most reliable campaign managers here. Hope you stay around for a long time.
These days it’s honestly hard to trust exchanges that keep asking for our information, that’s why no KYC fits crypto much better for me.

I have two questions regarding the rate types. Flat Rate: A flat rate guarantees the exchange rate at the time of order creation. This means that even if the market fluctuates, the rate you agreed upon will remain the same.
Dynamic Rate: A dynamic rate is subject to market fluctuations. The rate you receive will be based on the current market conditions at the time your transaction is processed. For how long is the flat rate fixed? What happens if I send a BTC transaction, set a high fee to ensure it gets into the next block, but then no new blocks are mined for an entire hour, during which the rate drops by 10%, and only after that my transaction finally gets included in the very first block? Will you wait for that block and complete the exchange at the pre-agreed fixed rate, or will you return my bitcoins, meaning I would have paid a high fee for nothing? What exactly is meant by "your transaction" in the description of the dynamic rate? Does it refer to the transaction I send to you, or the transaction you send to me?

Honestly I like this Step, as a newcomer who decided to promote his services on this forum, this is the most appropriate way. So that potential users of your services will have no hesitation to test your platform. Btw, are you willing to give a gift to the Bug finder on your platform? It's just a trivial question, because sometimes I can find Bugs. If you don't confirm the existence of a Bug Bounty, I won't bother to report it to you if I find a Bug. Because I used to find a bug on one of the platforms here, after I found the bug and reported it, they just said it wasn't a serious problem. Honestly it's just a waste of my time for reporting it.

MoBitExchange, welcome! I'm glad you've shown interest in the forum.
I'd like to clarify one point that remains unclear to me: if I want to exchange Bitcoin for USDT, can I do the exchange on USDT in any network? Do I just enter the address, and the system will automatically detect which network it is (e.g., BSC or Tron), or how does this work?
Otherwise, the exchanger is very simple and intuitive, I think I could use it if necessary.

Launching a campaign and also sending some security funds in escrow shows that you are well directed by a experienced professional. Kudos Little mouse. I am going to use the service and drop my review. I wish your project success. This niche is still largely unsaturated because people have now realised the importance of privacy. I wish you longevity in this space.

Supposed to try it, but I’m really having a problem with the captcha.
Can’t it just be the same as the captcha the forum is using? That one is much simpler, I think.

I think they already written everything on their TOS. 5.1 By accessing or using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are not located in, a citizen or resident of: (a) the United States of America; (b) any country or territory subject to United Nations or equivalent sanctions; or (c) any jurisdiction where the use of Cryptocurrency is prohibited by applicable law. So its clear that if you are from this countries or regions or what they have written you are been discourage or not allowed to use their platform. Its good to read their TOS since there are lots to learn about them https://mobit.exchange/terms-of-service

What's wrong with the captcha? It's just an image with easy-to-read letters and numbers, which refreshes every time you refresh the page or click the calculate button. p.s. By the way, regarding the "calculate" button, I think it would be more convenient if the calculation happened automatically after entering the amount, rather than only after clicking the button.

Dynamic Rate: A dynamic rate is subject to market fluctuations. The rate you receive will be based on the current market conditions at the time your transaction is processed. Thank you for the questions. To clarify how our rate types work: For a **Flat Rate** order, the quoted rate is reserved for your order and is honored once your deposit transaction reaches the required number of confirmations for the source asset. Using a BTC → XMR swap as an example, we currently require 2 BTC confirmations before the order is added to the XMR sending queue. Once those confirmations are reached, the exchange is completed at the pre-agreed flat rate. So in the scenario you described, if your BTC transaction takes longer than expected to be included because no blocks are mined for some time, we would still wait for the required confirmations and process the swap at the flat rate associated with that order, rather than repricing it simply because the market moved during that period. We will hold the rate for 20 min For a **Dynamic Rate** order, the rate is not guaranteed at order creation. Instead, the final rate is based on market conditions when your deposit transaction receives the required confirmations and the order is processed. In the same BTC → XMR example, that means the dynamic rate is effectively determined once your BTC transaction reaches 2 confirmations. And to answer your second question directly: in that description, **“your transaction” refers to the transaction you send to MoBit**, not the outgoing transaction we send to you. We appreciate you raising this, because it is a good point and we will make the wording in the FAQ clearer so there is less room for confusion.

First I would want to welcome you to the official Bitcointalk.org. You have made the right decision and choice to choose here as a starting point which I know that you are already at the right place to do your marketing and also sell yourself. Thus, there is actually a little thing that is boiling on my mind which I would want to hear from their representative over here.
Here is my question: What do you do when you noticed that a fund that is swap on your site is directly received from a mixer what would you do? To cease the funds or, to asked for additional key information before you would allowed them swap or something similar? What is the maximum capacity of fund show someone be allowed to swap at a time? Most someone have to connect their wallet before they could proceed with their swapping process? If yes, what is the safety of their wallet that they are linking to your platform? Of course, I can see that there are some funds already escrowed with your manager, but what if the amount that being compromised from your site is actually higher than what you escrowed what would be your fate over there?
