from the pages it mentioned about "refresh the pages to get new captcha", it's mean nothing wrong with no refresh button for the captcha. That's why when you are click the calculate and exchange button, you get the new captcha because it worked as their program already.

for privacy focus site like Mobit, i don't think they will used a live chat especially from 3rd party provider such as zendesk and other since the provider at least collecting some user data. the only solution is building own live chat, but user may need to input a name and crypto address for identifying them, but i think this is not ideal with privacy focus anymore. Mobit doesn't ask user to login to prevent any data and keep their user anonym, but if in the end need some user data for live chat, it's mean Mobit sacrificing that anonymity of their user. so, i think using Email and PGP become the best choice to keep private. But let's see what the team says about this.

Yeah right and tried to verify or do some research about those third party provider and they are really doing that. Then saw those things they are doing which is defeating the purpose of privacy focus platform like Mobit.

And the best route for communication for that matter is thru their current set up. For sure people will understand that, since they also want their data's and identity to safe and private.

Cool to see them emerge, since their services offered is really helpful for privacy conscious people.

Their website is user friendly, especially the mobile version. I love how it was designed from left to right. Even if someone who doesn't have experience using an exchanger will understand how to sort things out.

When eXch was forced to stop operations, I thought it will scare investors from this niche, but it seems that it rather opened the way. There are a good number of KYC-less exchanges, just like the one that extended her "welcome" in this thread.

As for the captcha, we have been revising the system to make it more resilient, but without JS there is no reasonable way to refresh the captcha image alone. We will make the text clickable but it will just refresh the page, so the outcome is essentially the same. Also, in response to a previous suggestion from dwyane63 that the calculate feature should happen automatically as you type, this is not reasonably possible either without JS. We designed our system to work in the strictest browser environments to promote our users' privacy, and this comes with trade-offs.

For the live chat, it is definitely a feature we have considered implementing and you're correct: we would not use a third party, but rather build our own system. It can still be made anonymous as the user can identify their swap (if they need to) with nothing more than the unique order ID pertaining to their swap. For now, the only way to reach out to support is the email on the support page.

I have not found information about the minimum amounts that could be sent for exchange. It would be convenient if this was specified by default in the column for sending.

And besides the Flat rate (2.5%) and Dynamic (2.0%) are there any other exchange fees?

as for captcha is not a big problem at all, as far as the captcha able to save the sites from a bot and spam, it's okay for me.

There is no minimum amount to swap, in order to be eligible for the double prediction. Whatever the minimum amount is there for your crypto pair, allowed by the exchange, will be counted as valid. Just post the screenshot of your swap.

I like MoBit because I don't need to connect a Web3 wallet, and there's no registration of any kind. It's simple and avoids the risks of identity theft associated with wallet logins. The transparency of reserves and real-time prices is a plus. I only recommend that anyone using it always verify that the receiving address is correct before sending, as this becomes your responsibility if you make a mistake. So, if you're looking for a fast and anonymous exchange without exposing your identity or signing suspicious contracts, this is a good option.

The minimum amount can be seen by using the 'Calculate' button on the home page after selecting your desired currency. The amount fields on the home page are really only there for the purpose of calculating, as you can send any amount you would like, as long as it is more than the minimum. The minimum amount will also be displayed to you once you have begun the swap and are provided with an address to send your funds to. It is recommended that you send a little more than the exact minimum to account for network fees and price fluctuations.

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees or anything other than the rates provided on the site. In the event of a refund we take a flat $15 fee regardless of the transaction size.

Legacy BTC addresses should work just fine, as well as segwit and taproot. Did you have an issue with trying to use a legacy address?

2. After I enter the address and click "calculate," the address field is blank again.

Yes this is because the rest of the fields which do persist are appended to the url in query parameters, and we wanted to avoid putting a user's address in the url.

3. I suggest rearranging the fields according to the input order. I think the "to address" field is placed below the "Calculate" button, and the "Exchange" button is below the captcha field.

The fields are more organized left to right on the full sized page, I think you're referring to the mobile version here. We may look to revise the display on the mobile version as it could be organized a bit better. For users who are comfortable with Telegram, our Telegram bot may be a more intuitive experience for mobile use.
