I can access their site without any issue and it load fast on my end.

Maybe there's some small issue happened when you try to access earlier or there's some sort of network issues recently happened on your side that's why you can't access their site.

Well, I'm not sure what caused it, but it appears to be working right now.
I believe the problem is with the site server itself because I still can't access the site with my Chrome browser despite changing the DNS to Google and OpenDNS.

The site is still using the default DNS where it is hosted; switching to Cloudflare may help avoid a situation similar to mine and also avoid brute-force attacks in the future.

I checked the service
1. I selected the BTC-ETH exchange and received a BTC wallet address for sending coins.
The service specifies the minimum amount for sending coins, which is approximately $100. You don't need to worry about the exact exchange amount at the very beginning.


2.Then you need to wait for two confirmations in the Bitcoin ecosystem. Don't forget to save the order ID.


3. Next you need to wait for payment.

I also don't understand the payment processing time.

I understand that for security reasons, such a service needs to wait a certain amount of time to prevent blockchain analysts from easily comparing the time and amount in different blockchains and obtaining exchange data.

Yes the error was definitely a bug. Are you sure you received the error after providing your order ID on the track order page? Regardless, the specific error you encountered has been fixed and should no longer be possible. In general, we recommend users rely on the track order page if they need to navigate back to their swap page, but we will square this error away across all of the routes where it could be an issue.

Actually I'm using chrome browser to when accessing the site and loads fine on my end, also didn't see anyone experiencing the same issue. But Mobit management could check if there's really something wrong with their sit and on why there are people facing those issues same as what you encounter.

But since Mobit representative is so active here for sure he read those concerns and provably will pay close attention to give great user experience to their clients.

Since I'm wearing the service's signature, I had to try it out.

there was no fixed deposit amount; you can deposit any amount above the minimum and it will be processed (something that was available in eXch).

The reserve seems good compared to other services that uses its own pool.


Things I didn't like:

 - There is no letter of guarantee or anything that can prove that a deposit was made to the platform's address.
 - Order ID was too long. It would be better to provide a shorter internal ID along with the deposit address to reveal the Order ID.
 - Order filling process was extremely slow; it took a long time* after the transaction was confirmed.
 - There was no way to delete order ID (after the process has been completed) or to get a refund.
 - Please add the forum link for anyone who wants to contact the support team.
 - I visited order link after 12 hours and this is what I got.




According to the Terms of Use:

I definitely agree with you here. Because live chat support is one of the best ways for reaching out or contacting the project team, in my point of view.
And I read some of the replies below your post; it seems like that team has already started working on this feature, which I really appreciate.
Because if the service integrates a live chat feature, then users don't need to wait too long to get the solution of thier problem from the team.

This is one of the simplest exchanges I’ve seen, no KYC, nothing fancy, just straight to the point.

This time around, it is tedious to have team respond to you instantly. That will mean employing many teams members that will be rotating their availability. But in this world of AI, it is easy to incorporate an AI model that will handle simple questions thereby buying time for the real agents to appear online and continue the chat.


It provably require lots of work force if they have lots of people will rotate to focus on support side and it cost a lot also sometimes hard to manage. This is the reason why AI is somehow useful for site owners since it can deal those repetitive questions and give fast answer to those questions without waiting for humans supports to reply.

If simple task or questions AI is so helpful with this, but with those critical situations or cases happen to their user in this situation human support is the best to handle such cases and they could make their system more efficient and also faster.

I followed through from the time time you posted about the error and it’s good that it was a bug that has now been fixed. And I am glad you provided confirmation to that.

And some general advice: a guarantor is very good, but for example, if the guarantor has 1 bitcoin, and the project's damage is 5 bitcoins, the guarantor will only pay each party 20% of the damage.

Yeah, having letter of guarantee is really helpful for both parties. Although there's no phising site exist yet the risk is less, but they should not wait for something like that to come and good if they could add those something that user can verify.

Adding guarantee later will not really strengthen up the trust of people and this could provably make those processes became more smoother.

Since this is been discussed here, there's good chance that they will add it up soon.

And how can I see at what time the transaction from MoBitEx was sent to the mempool? Only a MoBitEx representative can answer this question. I can only tell from the transaction hash when that transaction was included in a block.
