What exactly is your phone model is?
Sometimes there are phones with built-in malware and viruses, mostly Chinese phones. I've already discussed it in this thread. Even if you bought it clean, what about the phone asking for an update? Do you know if the OTA update is clean? The manufacturer would not inform you until someone discovered it.

Xiaomi, Oppo, or smart Chinese phones are known to have preinstalled spyware and malware.

If you have this model, then you are using a not-secured phone unit that is vulnerable to any attacks or infections due to OTA updates that we do not know.

I am using the Vivo Y33s right now. I don't know which app or thing is causing the virus to enter and attack my device. But every time the attack happens, the phone detects it and says to me to uninstall it. But I have been looking for a permanent solution for a very long time. A long time ago, KingsDen suggested to me to use Piad VPN (I am using VPN to access the Telegram application as it is banned in our country). I acted on his suggestion and purchased a paid one, but after some days, another Trojan attack happened on my device, which means the problem or cause is something else here, not the VPN.
This is a very interesting situation. Are you planning to buy a more modern phone with a more secure chip?

Hard reset your Android phone and install trusted apps. If your built-in antivirus displays a warning, it could be a software issue.

If you don't want to replace your old phone, consider purchasing a compatible hardware crypto wallet.



I think depends on situations or how severe the viruses hit their phone, since if they just got a simple malwares I think its enough to do factory reset.

But look at this https://www.certosoftware.com/insights/does-a-factory-reset-remove-viruses-from-your-phone it says that factory is not enough if their devices got infected by severe malwares. So if this the case happen I think buying new device will be best option to do.

But also they can provably avoid to encounter those problems if they just choose to go only to official sites of Mobit or also in other platforms to.

I made also this morning a small order to test first time this service: Here I have no problem to track


But now with the second order , 44 confirmations now, but nothing happened and not possible to track
Last tracking was possible hours 5-6 hrs ago was : Confirmed: False -21/2 --- This looks strange

If you really made a small test and it went through, it means the system is functional. Your problem could be related to browser and cookies, just contact the customer service with your order ID and your issue will be resolved.

Could you tell us which trading pair you're trading? I'll test it. As long as the amount is small, it's a temporary issue and can be resolved by contacting the support team.

Confirmed: False. There appears to be a problem with node synchronization.

There might be an issue on the server or the backend; that is why you can't access the tracking page.

Would you mind trying to access the tracking URL from a different browser or device? It was said that it was caused by cookies being blocked.
So maybe your browser or any plugins or AV blocking it.

Are you sure the problem is a virus and not a false positive from old phone software that responds to trusted Google services?
Hackers typically exploit vulnerabilities in old software, so you shouldn't use old phone models to use cryptocurrency. If you are not sure about the security of your phone, it is better to use a PC.

This might be the reason why that issue occurs, so maybe better report those strange matter on their bug bounty so that he can get compensated with those possible bug he found and for Mobit to fix it.

I don't see newbies joining, but he could try to submit those issue and who knows maybe the manager would accept what he submitted.

But also since Mobit already give a timeline to solve that issue, maybe best thing to wait for their updates and see what they can do in this case.

i think this shouldn't be about accepting newbies or not anymore, he as new user that want to process an exchange, the bug happened when he sent some XMR, if the confirmation is not received, the money is gone. even though he didn't register to the bug bounty, i think he deserves to get an incentive because this is a crucial thing where the bug happened during the transaction process. it's been a few days ago from last update, i hope either team or gargamus gives an update about the issue, and hopefully it's already resolved.

Did you use the dynamic rate or the flat rate. If you used the dynamic rate, don't worry about the market fluctuation. This is what Mobit said

Do you mean like you use your Order ID and this Track order page at mobit.exchange but it no longer works for you?

Since you're not active, could you hire someone from the forum who can communicate with you directly? It wouldn't cost much and would be faster in providing support and resolving issues. You can ask the campaign manager for recommendations.
