Since you're not active, could you hire someone from the forum who can communicate with you directly? It wouldn't cost much and would be faster in providing support and resolving issues. You can ask the campaign manager for recommendations.

This would have been the best to do and I'll recommend it to every new service.
But another thing will be giving the representative enough permission and tools to solve people's complaints. If they hire an ordinary forum member who is not a main part of the team, he will also be stranded like us in a situation like this.

I also tried to do a swap yesterday.
It's been over 12 hours and I still haven't received the funds. It just says "Your position in queue: 1   Your order will be filled next."

I even contacted their support via email, but they still haven't responded to me.
I remember that right from the time MoBit listed here and we started testing the service, they have had issues with fast support response, which was the reason we started suggesting the use of AI assistant.

But we finally agreed that if the system is working, there'll be no need to increase the number of supports. Then MoBit launched a bug bounty campaign which I assume was to further stabilise the system. To my surprise, the system is yet to be stable and the support hasn't improved either.

Couldn't these updates and improvements be carried out via a backup domain instead of directly affecting users? This isn't the first time.
Or at least implement it in a way that minimizes its impact.

Many suggestions have mentioned implementing a separate staging environment for testing infrastructure changes before production deployment, and this is a fair and constructive recommendation.

To be clear, we already test changes locally and in isolated development environments before deployment. However, production traffic and increased volume can expose edge cases that are difficult to simulate.

That said, we agree that adding a fully mirrored staging cluster will improve our deployment. As we grow, we continue to expand our infrastructure to offer a more dedicated staging environment, better stress tests, and additional regression and rollback procedures.
No exchange, Mobit or otherwise, can guarantee that delays or errors will never happen; what we can guarantee is that we will respond quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize the safety of your funds over speed if the trade-off arises. We hope our Bug Bounty program further demonstrates our commitment to improvement and trust.
