Hello MoBit Community!
We are aware of the partial downtime occurring on the platform at the time of this post. We are looking into it and suspect a targeted attack.
As a result, the site may be temporarily unavailable while our team investigates and works to mitigate the issue.
Our highest priority is restoring service safely and securely. We are well prepared for situations like these and can confirm that
all orders and funds are safe and secure. We will provide an official status update within the next
8 hours, including our findings and, if possible, an estimated timeline for restoring normal operations.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work to resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for bearing with us during this time.
Update: Mobit.exchange is up and stable. We confirmed that the outage issues were due to DDoS attacks.
We are considering content delivery networks (CDN) to further bolster our resilience against attacks.
It's still working, have you received your funds?
There are funds in escrow that can be used in such cases.
Generally, since the signature campaign has ended, I highly recommend using the service with amounts much smaller than 0.2BTC.

Our signature campaign has indeed ended for now, but we are still here, functional, and passionately working to make our platform better!
I am curious to know if you have ever made a transaction that went through without having the need to contact the customer support.
About 50% of the time
That's why I only use mobit as a last resort. It is very unreliable unfortunately. I get worried when I use them. The site going down right after depositing doesn't help my anxiety.
Firstly, thanks for your continued support.
Yes, there was an outage for a few hours around the time of your post. Rest assured, this had nothing to do with if you placed an order--just an unfortunate coincidence.
As mentioned, that outage was fixed. We deeply value building trust within our community and having a reliable platform, and can count on users like you to call us out when we don't meet your expectations. Thanks for this.
If a project is stable and bold, people will continue to patronize their services even if they paused their campaign, but to be honest, it is better for a service to cut their budget and continue signature campaign than to halt campaign totally.
This is a fair point! The signature campaign definitely might come back, we're exploring a lot of different avenues of fostering our community and getting word out as we grow.
