In mid-2017 when bitcoin’s price was around only $3,000, retiree Terry Proud sold a portion of his superannuation investments to buy cryptocurrencies. In 2009, the Norwegian student Kristoffer was writing his master thesis on encryption technology. When he read Satoshi Nakamoto's whitepaper on Bitcoin, the insights from his study helped him see the impact this new cryptographic technology could have.  He spent $26.60 to buy bitcoins. That doesn't sound like much, but given bitcoin was so new at the time, it gave him an incredible 5,000 bitcoins. And although it was only $26.60, his partner was skeptical about spending “real money” on “fake money.”  Fast-forward to 2013 and Kristoffer saw bitcoin in the news. Yung chances ng solo miners to get mined bitcoin is very little lang, unless they have massive sets of asic miners na naka bodega. But that alone is very little compare mo if sasali ka sa isang pool then get profit sharing after mining bitcoin. Pero pag solo, as in solo, napaka risky for investment and might not be profitable, baka hindi kapa makag mined ng kahit issng beses sa isang buwan.

As for CZ, billions din assets niyan pero more in BNB kaya yung bitcoin holdings niyan ay parang sentimental lang sa kanya as early adoptor.

I would like to share my story din ever since sumali ako dito sa forum last 2017 kasi it really taught me so many valuable lessons along the way.

Nun nag simula ako sa forum last 2017, akala ko talaga hindi totoo yung sinasabi ng kaibigan ko na may opportunity na kumita ng pera dito via online. Pero nun nakita ko yung opportunity in joining campaign signatures and withdrawing them via code sa mga Security Bank ATMs, doon ko talaga nakita yung potential ng ginagawa ko.

Fortunately and unfortunately, I spent almost all my BTCs that I earned from 2017 to 2019. During those years, masasabi ko na almost peak price siya ng BTC kasi sumabog yung price from ~p200k to ~p1m at that time. Naalala ko every week sa mga campaign signatures, I was earning p500 to p4k dahil sa pag sabog ng price ng BTC.

Looking back, sana hindi ko nalang cinash-out and inipon ko na lang sana for long-term HODLing. However, dito ko nakita talaga yung investment angle ng BTC; hodl for long-term and wait for its price to skyrocket once again.

Sabi nga nila, success is relative and hindi mamemeasure yung success ng isang tao sa amount ng kinita nila na pera. I would say that my story isn't as successful compared to the stories that OP shared but I still perceive it as something that is successful in my own way in terms of gaining knowledge in this field.

Nun nag simula ako sa forum last 2017, akala ko talaga hindi totoo yung sinasabi ng kaibigan ko na may opportunity na kumita ng pera dito via online. Pero nun nakita ko yung opportunity in joining campaign signatures and withdrawing them via code sa mga Security Bank ATMs, doon ko talaga nakita yung potential ng ginagawa ko.

Naalala ko yang era na yan ng security bank egivecash ata tawag dun. Sa coins.ph yan dati, parang yan din yung peak moments ng operation ni coins.ph. May mga loads pa sila dati pati steam at iba pang mga gaming platforms. Sulit yung cash back dati sa kanila pati mga bills.

Fortunately and unfortunately, I spent almost all my BTCs that I earned from 2017 to 2019. During those years, masasabi ko na almost peak price siya ng BTC kasi sumabog yung price from ~p200k to ~p1m at that time. Naalala ko every week sa mga campaign signatures, I was earning p500 to p4k dahil sa pag sabog ng price ng BTC.

Looking back, sana hindi ko nalang cinash-out and inipon ko na lang sana for long-term HODLing. However, dito ko nakita talaga yung investment angle ng BTC; hodl for long-term and wait for its price to skyrocket once again.

Sabi nga nila, success is relative and hindi mamemeasure yung success ng isang tao sa amount ng kinita nila na pera. I would say that my story isn't as successful compared to the stories that OP shared but I still perceive it as something that is successful in my own way in terms of gaining knowledge in this field.

Yung story mo kabayan parehas ng story sa karamihan sa atin dito. May mga pagkakataon talaga tayo dati na dapat hindi tayo nagbenta pero dapat tayong magbenta dahil na din sa sitwasyon natin. Kaya yung lesson na yan dadalhin natin yan hanggang sa mga susunod na panahon at mas pinagtibay lang din yung tiwala natin sa bitcoin dahil sa totoong potential na meron siya.
