FAQ
Do you have a license? No. betKarma is an independent crypto project, and we do not present it as a licensed gambling platform. If playing only on licensed sites is important to you, betKarma may simply not be the right fit. What we offer instead is transparent rules, provably fair game verification, and a clear cashier flow that users can inspect before playing.
Do you require KYC? Under the current Terms, no.
betKarma uses key-based access without traditional email/KYC onboarding: account access is nickname + HEX key. No personal identity documents are required for normal use. The platform policy is KYC-never: betKarma does not request identity documents, does not perform KYC verification, does not conduct AML screening, and does not use blockchain analytics or transaction surveillance tools. At the same time, we do not act as an AML risk assessor for users or their funds.

Each deposit request creates a fresh single-use BTC deposit address. After 1 confirmation, the funds are credited and become available for play. After 2 confirmations, the same funds also become available for withdrawals.
What is the minimum amount to withdraw? The minimum withdrawal request is 11,500 sats. The withdrawal fee is 1,500 sats, deducted from the amount you enter, so the receiving wallet gets the remainder.
Are withdrawals instant? We prefer to be precise here: deposits are confirmation-based, and withdrawals move through visible stages in Cashier and History. You can see whether a withdrawal is created, under review, waiting to be sent, sent to the network, or confirmed. We would rather describe the flow honestly than promise “instant” in every case.
Can you block withdrawals with hidden clauses? We do not use hidden bonus traps or surprise identity checks in the current rules. If a bonus is attached, its terms are shown up front. If you withdraw before completing the required wager, the bonus and active bonus wager are forfeited — plainly, not retroactively.
Access restrictions under the Terms do not introduce KYC document requests to restore access or process legitimate settled balances; those remain governed by the platform’s ledger and payout rules.How does provably fair work? Every game outcome is determined by verifiable cryptography. You can open your Game History, select a bet, and use the Verify function to inspect the proof yourself. The point is not “trust us”; the point is that the round can be checked independently.
What is your RTP? Most betKarma games are designed around ~95% RTP, but we do not claim that every game is exactly the same. Exact RTP depends on the game or market, and we prefer to describe that honestly instead of posting one fake universal number.
Do you have a welcome bonus? Yes, but we keep bonuses controlled on purpose. We do not want disposable accounts created only to farm a one-time promo. Some first-deposit offers may be granted manually or personally, and long-term single-account players may receive more deposit offers or free spins over time.
Why not just give everyone the same instant signup bonus? Because those systems get abused fast. Our approach is to reward real players who use one account normally, not account churn and bonus farming. It is a smaller and more selective promo model, but it is more honest and more sustainable.
What are the bonus terms? When a deposit bonus is available, the terms are shown before deposit. Standard bonus terms are simple: 25% bonus, capped at 500,000 sats, with 20x wagering on the granted bonus. If you withdraw before finishing the wager, the bonus is forfeited.
Do you allow multiple accounts? No. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonuses are not allowed. We prefer to state this clearly rather than pretend to offer “free money” with no restrictions.

- Games first, swap second: the swap flow is no longer the main visual focus. It is now treated as a supporting utility, while the games side is presented more clearly. We also renamed the top-level page/navigation wording accordingly.
- Demo / Karma clarity: guest users now see a clearer demo-mode notice, room messaging was refined, and balance labels now better distinguish demo flow from real SATS flow.
- Room guidance: we added clearer in-room help guidance and a first-visit visual pointer so the mechanics are easier to understand without digging through multiple pages first.
- Provably Fair UX: Coinflip, Dice, and Karma Ladder now include a friendlier Provably Fair block with Client seed, Generate, and Reset, with a clear note that this affects future rounds. In history modals we also made PF metadata more transparent, including clientSeed, nonce, eventId, seedSetId, and serverSeedHash. For Karma Poker, we also added a clearer explanation of its server-driven seed flow.
- Verification flow: recent bets are now clickable, so opening bet details and checking fairness is more direct and natural.
- Dice quality-of-life: Dice AutoBet is now live, with stop conditions, runtime status, sequential safe execution, and no overlap between bet requests.
- Responsive fixes: the scrollbar issue reported on multi-monitor setups was fixed, and the BTC/USD display now refreshes more often.
On bonuses and abuse: betKarma is intentionally not built around blanket signup freebies for newly registered accounts. We prefer more controlled, personal, or activity-based rewards over mass registration promos. That is a big part of how we reduce bonus-abuse surface without pretending to run a surprise-KYC model later. Multiple accounts for bonus abuse remain against the rules, but we do not frame that as a hidden pretext for identity checks or arbitrary balance freezes.
On the project format: betKarma is intentionally a lean mini-casino, not a giant all-sections platform. The lineup will continue to grow, but the direction remains the same: fewer games, clearer mechanics, tighter UX, faster iteration, and more transparent rules.
