Can you post a list of countries that are not supported for the physical card and in which country the card was issued? I ask because there is another service that offers a physical card at the same price, but there are some countries within the EU that are not supported.

We support most countries worldwide, including Europe. The physical and virtual cards work with 3DS, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The only unsupported regions are sanctioned/restricted countries such as Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and a few other OFAC/EU-sanctioned jurisdictions.

The physical card is issued through our licensed banking/card issuing partner, and there are currently no special EU country restrictions for standard supported jurisdictions.

Also, thanks for pointing out the pricing issue $25 was the original introductory launch price. The current price on the website is $99, and we’ll update the OP to avoid confusion.

can you please explain the 2% fees between the Amount and Paid ?
It looks like top-up is 2% + 4% and not only 4%, is there a way to avoid that extra 2% (that seems to come from your crypto wallet provider).

First of all, thank you for using our services and for your trust in us. Let me clarify the situation regarding the fees.

The additional difference you are seeing unfortunately comes from Heleket, which applies its own spread/processing fee on top of our standard fee. We understand this can be confusing and we agree that the overall cost should be more transparent and lower.

We are currently in discussions with several alternative crypto payment processors to improve this. However, due to the transaction volumes we handle, we need to be extremely careful when selecting partners. Not all providers are reliable or trustworthy, and we cannot risk our users’ funds by integrating with unknown processors.

For larger deposits (currently around $5,000 and above), we already offer an alternative method that bypasses Heleket entirely, allowing users to avoid that additional spread. At the moment, because of the workload and operational pressure on our team, we are only able to provide this option for higher-volume transactions.

Please rest assured that we are actively working on reducing fees overall, as this is also in our own best interest and important for the long-term user experience.

We’ll definitely do our best! Our user base is split almost 50/50 between high-volume and low-volume users, so we need to lower the fees across the board.
