Sometimes, when I visit a betting shop, I see people playing bet with very long slip, and these set of people  are low stakers, and does not change their mentality, season in, and season out. They play this type of bet as they believe that a day will come when their expectation will come through, and they will win a life changing bet.
From my experience, I have only seen just one low staker who has won a life changing bet out of the many gamblers who play long slip, and expecting big win.

So my question remains, do you think is possible to win life changing bet wit low staking? And if yes, how often do you think this happens?

It seems maybe you misunderstood the very point O.P was driving from, because on the contrary, what O.P initially meant is the fact that is it possible to win a jackpot by placing a multiple bet slip that has like 20 to 50 games while using a small amount of money like $1 oor $5 to win $10,000 to $1million? You can't win more than you can risk to gambling. I don't think there is a connection between a big win and "life-changing". There are so many stories out there, about people who have won huge sums of money, and what they consider "life-changing bets", and then what? Instead of living comfortably or settling down, many of them become the viceversa. So, I think we need to differentiate between the two, and I prefer to simply call it "a big win."

Most lotteries (the big ones) are weekly/monthly... and chances are not low, they are enormously low. I think the chances of hitting a parlay with x1 million odds are even lower. But in any case, we can't win if we don't try it... and by try it, I mean constantly trying day by day, and like that for years, maybe decades... and even if you stay consistent for so long, that doesn't mean that you are closer to winning, some people never hit the top prize!

A lot, but chances to get that jackpot after buying only few tickets is so tiny that it is close to 0. Those who have won jackpots in lottery, never tell how much tickets they have bought and how much money they have spent on them. Even though their winnings are huge compared to money spent on tickets, but they have been buying tickets for years (I dont think there are many lucky who have won jackpot from very first ticket).

Anyway, you will be surprised with what these small stakes can bring..check twitter and see how people abuse these odds..the most I have personally gone is 1000 odds, but to land these isn't easy and not worth it if you dont have a system in place but these guys place bets on a million odds for peanuts, but when it lands its over 100K, which is life changing money the last time i checked 

In my opinion, a low bet is probably under $10, anything over $10 is considered a high bet, but it also depends on a person’s financial situation  because wealthy people might consider a bet of $50 or even $100 to be low.

I agree with you even by accident, we might be surprised by a big payout from a small bet. But that rarely happens.
