They should be usable everywhere. It doesn't make a difference where you use it and if you ever have issues using any card online, that's probably not going to be because of the country you're using it in.

It should be allowed. The Bybit service is only prohibited from being accessed by US citizens; since you are not from there, the card should be used as long as the payment you want to make with it allows a Visa card, or unless Bybit itself restricts places where the card can be used to make a payment.

It will work just fine - country restrictions are set by Visa, not Bybit, and Bybit should also list the list of countries where the card can be spent in too. Or just check on https://cryptocardslist.com, I haven't updated it for a while but the Bybit card is there.

Seems you are repeating his statement and contradicting it at the same time except you probably meant UK which I barely have any idea if they have restrictions of such in their country. Well to start with I think op should read the terms of service of the card to be clear on these information. If there are any regional restrictions with using the card them bybit should be the one to inform you about it upon issuing that card to you. You should probably lock this thread now.

Well to start with I think op should read the terms of service of the card to be clear on these information. I misunderstood him, thinking he was from overseas and now living in the US, which was where my statement was coming from. As for the UK, last time I checked, Bybit still operates there unless there is a change in their policy, which I'm not aware of, but I doubt it. Edit: Just checked and Bybit I also have UK as part of the restricted countries: (Section 3.4), Bybit lists 16 excluded jurisdictions/regions (not all are sovereign countries), including the United States, Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, UK, France, Dubai, and several sanctioned territories. https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/terms-of-service/terms-of-serviceThe op just have to test run it to know if it’s allowed or not, as I can’t even find it on Bybit card terms.

I recommend avoiding using it in countries where issuing services are actually restricted, while Bybit doesn't have any specific rules regarding the use of the cards they provide.
Regulations in strict countries are sometimes intolerant, even in the gray area. You just have to keep in mind the worst-case consequences, especially if they happen if you have a lot of money stored.

I highly doubt the card is available for usage for the residents in the US, as they don't talk about the US anywhere in their articles You might want to read this 1. https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/topic-list/bybit-card2. https://coinspot.io/en/news/law/europe/bybit-card-review/If I were you, I would also ask for some answers from the live customer support about the card. It should take a few minutes to obtain a response.

I am not from the US. But since you've said that it's a VISA card, then it should be usable without any problem. Visa or mastercard, that should give you the idea if it's usable elsewhere. But if you're in a country where financial sanction is done by the US, you can't use them.

Anywhere as long as VISA is accepted, it should work, no problem. I want to get one last time, but it still wasn't allowed in my country, or they dont issue it yet here. There are also some other exchange cards like on Binance that are not yet available, maybe in the US i think or some other countries. I do put some large amount in exchange for convenience these days, for convenience since I always buy every week for spot trading only using Dollar Cost Average, then sent it to my Electrum wallet for long term. Some Debit or credit card crypto I think is going to be nice really wanted one, I store some stablecoin in an exchange where I think i can use it as a debit card or pay for payments. It might be nice if I can add this to my CCs.

Anywhere as long as VISA is accepted, it should work, no problem.
The problem is, the keywords that could cause problems are "Crypto" and "Bybit." This card is a derivative service of Bybit, and its funding is undoubtedly sourced from Bybit's liquidity partners, who are feared to be affected by U.S. regulatory restrictions. Visa is just a network, and people often take comfort in universality, while the server also records user data, including that of the card issuing company.

It shouldn't be a problem, I've used bybit card myself and they are accepted in most of merchant maybe except a few where they strictly requires credit card for recurring subscription purpose. But overall, even if you can't pay with your debit card directly you can always use your debit card through Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or PayPal. That's the simplest workaround that I know so far.
To be frank though, you wouldn't know unless you tried using the card directly, sometime it works sometime it doesn't for most of the crypto debit card that I've used so far.

I am not the USA citizen and I am not living in that nation too, but according to available information about Crypto debit cards, they are available to use in the USA. You can check the following list for finding a card to use, and can ask any questions there. As far as I know, Bybit doesn't allow all the countries to issue the card, like my country isn't allowed. But if the card has been issued, then it should be used everywhere. I have been using the Redotpay crypto card in almost ten countries where it has been used. Even in my country crypto is banned, but that card has been working well.
That means if a card is issued for you, then it should be used everywhere. Because cards are provided by Visa or Mastercard companies, they have internal contact with crypto companies. Ultimately you are using it through USD; all the rest of the mechanisms have been done through the card issuer and providers. So you should be fine.

They should be usable everywhere. It doesn't make a difference where you use it and if you ever have issues using any card online, that's probably not going to be because of the country you're using it in.
Crypto is legal in the US, and therefore, there should be no problem using the crypto debit cards there. Even in my country, where crypto is in the grey area, I can still use services like Redotpay and Kast without any issues. Even i have a physcial debit card from one of those service and i am able to withdraw cash through local ATMs (the transcation / processing fee is considerably higher though).

This card should work in most countries where VISA cards are accepted, but I don't think you can't create account as US citizen and get it delivered there. You should contact bybit support and ask for confirmation, but I think you can't even have exchange account and get verified if you are living in United States. As stated in Section 11.3 of the Service Agreement, Bybit does not offer services or products to Users in a few excluded jurisdictions including the United States, the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (currently including the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, Dubai, or any other jurisdictions in which we may determine from time to time to terminate the services at our sole discretion (the “Excluded Jurisdictions”). https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries
