The deducted amount wasn’t a transaction fee paid to miners. You obviously missed OP’s last reply in which he confirmed it. I think this really needs to be taken into consideration, but it is always like this when a casino is still new. That’s what they’re doing right now, isn’t it? It has not launched yet, but under the current manager I feel like this is going to be a long term campaign.

This is what needed to do by all new casinos, but everything will depends on the approach of people. If they could able to attract decent numbers of people on their launch there's good chance that they could able to get a good budget to use for their marketing and also other promotion.
