Yes. This was multi-accounting and bonus abuse.

zazackrf and cooxeh are the same user. On the zazackrf account, our Risk team stepped in and opened an investigation, and I initially vetoed further action based on the fact that luiz3002 had an older Bitcointalk account. They later restricted the account again once the bonus abuse became blatant and multiple linked accounts were identified.

He then tried again using the cooxeh alt and posted here after we caught it. (His Bitcointalk account was created yesterday.)

It is what it is. He didn’t dispute the decision because he knows exactly what he was doing. “Support has already been in contact with this user. Suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.” felt like the most accurate summary without getting into the nitty-gritty.

I saw that term... first we need to play with our balance, and when we lose it, we can play with bonus balance. But now you are telling us that playing with your deposit doesn't contribute to wagering... scam! I don't have other words for this... bonuses are tricky as they are, but these additional rules are not fair.

This is not something new for me because Fortunejack also use the same scheme for their deposit bonus where bonus wager started when players using the bonus balance while bonus balance can be used once we lose our initial deposit.
What I'm complaining here is about the missing information about this crucial term (bonus wager is counted with bonus balance only), that's why I suggested them to add the term to avoid complains.
Anyway, I managed to complete the wagering requirement and managed to withdraw an amount which is 4x my initial deposit.
One other thing which is inconvenience here when playing with bonus is the pop up notification:

This notification is popped up so many times (more than 50x) when I was playing using bonus balance, it is normal to have this notification when we lose our initial deposit but it does not make sense to get this notification when I was already playing with bonus balance.

So, do deposit fees really apply at Plump?
Because I tried to deposit $30 again, but I only received $29.64. The withdrawal fee is cheaper than the deposit fee. I feel uncomfortable if they charge a deposit fee, because in general, it is very rare, if not almost no casino applies a deposit fee.

Tell them that you deposited X and received Y because of deposit fees from their crypto processor and ask that they refund the difference to your account. You can even give them the link to this post where their Bitcointalk forum representative wrote that reimbursements are being sent manually. That's what I would do.

What do you think is supposed to happen here or how are casino games created and being run? A new user deposits and bankrupts the casino with a few big winnings when it was just going started? With the nature of how these games work it is extremely unlikely that one would make a huge win at the very early number of games, think rare lottery winners and how many tickets are played until a huge winner is found. In pretty much almost all cases that I have ever seen unless the casino is a scam it is something shady going on, not on the part of the casino but on the part of the user.

You have to also think on the perspective of a business owner. Do you think it is in their interest in the early days to selectively block winnings? What does that do for their reputation? So tl;dr, the 100 FS is included in the 100% deposit bonus, thus we must claim the depo bonus first. The good thing is the free spins has no wager requirement. Depo bonus has 40x wager requirement but originals count 100% according from the terms.
