Yesterday I made my first deposit at Plump.com, nothing fancy just $9. I was too careless to read the details on the deposit page so I after the transaction I realized that the minimum deposit suppose to be $10 lol. I thought my deposit will be wasted but to my surprise it reflected normally after the confirmations.
 

Other casinos would not have credited that, and they probably would not even approve it no matter how much you request. Plump is really willing to give exemptions for the benefit of their users.

It can put their business under spam and dust deposit attacks from users (attackers).

There are casinos that stick to the rules of their terms and conditions, there are also casinos that can still credit balances below the minimum but usually the casino says don't repeat it again, that's often what I hear, there are also casinos that support says a deposit of $10 but when depositing below that it is still credited.

It may sounds good at first seeing that they refund those deposit below to their minimum requirements, but those practices is not sustainable since they provably force to pay fee on each refunds they made.

And yeah they might be prone for such attack that you have mentioned. Also this is why most of the casino set a rule to have minimum deposit to avoid having such inconvenience and make their system became more stable to all gamblers playing on their casino.

Well I deposited and after the required confirmations, the deposit was not reflecting so I contacted the customer care and asked regarding my deposit, but it was credited before customer care repetitive saw my query so I think it was automatic.
But having said that, I would not advise anyone to deposit below the minimum deposit thresholds.

exactly, it's better to never deposit below the minimum deposit, this applies not only to gambling but to all services. I have an experience depositing below the minimum, not at Plump. My deposit was less than $1 due to a fee deduction. I miscalculated, and luckily, this provider only asked me to top up another $2 to make my deposit credited to my account. this is just an easy solution from that provider. Some would ignore it because we deposited below minimum and the only solution from platform to request a refund, and we must pay another fee for this refund. of course maybe the fee isn't much, but if we are paying multiple fees, it's better to add 1-2% of the minimum deposit, and our deposit can be credited without any problem.

Read rules before joining or you can register your account but later have to check their terms before funding your account to play or join any bonus, marketing programs. All platforms, not only casinos, have their business terms that firstly and mostly to protect their business benefit so users are responsible for checking terms before taking any action with money.

Testing any platform with small fund is important, as if anything is wrong, you will only lose that small fund which is more possibly afford to lose with you. Some people ignore this important testing step and make big deposits which make them regretful later.

It is a very good suggestion to plump as having rights to choose which currency received the bonus is very good. It can help users to easily consolidate their funds into one currency for bets, and even withdrawals if they want. Another reason for only allowing users to withdraw fund in the currency used for deposit is like part of many casinos' AML. In some casino announcement threads, I read in discussions between casino representatives and users that they don't allow users withdrawing in other currencies different than deposit currency because of anti money laundering structure.

Yup, some service provider will reject a request made by a user because of their repeated mistakes. Just like me, I made a bitcoin deposit at that time let say 0.001 BTC as service deposit minimum. If the amount received is 0.0009 it will counted as below minimum. If in the first mistake, the provider give an exception and only asked the user to add another 0.0001 BTC to reach 0.001, then in the second mistake it is very possible for the provider to reject it, because it is repeated.

I think the monthly bonus here is calculated with hidden formula just like Stake or else the monthly bonus value was already declared on his bonus as potential bonus just like on Duelbits.

Probably their bonus is on Stake style which monthly bonus was being distributed on random amount basis based on multiple factors including VIP level, PnL and wager volume so it’s hard to determine exact amount for this bonus.

You probably right on your assumption that your monthly bonuses will be higher if cashback was not distributed separately. Probably the monthly bonuses rely only on the rakeback from the game house edge alone.

Since monthly bonus calculation here is basically similar to other sites like Shuffle and Stake (depending on wager and PnL), that's why I think that my weekly cashback affect the monthly bonus.
