Aside from this missing info, their casino has a very limited games available. I only knew yggdrasil and evolution gaming while the rest is completely new to me.

I think the JILI provider is the one being popular in my local casino. There’s only 6 games available on their game browser.

Did this happen to you? It is better to think twice before depositing on a new casino site. Some members above have already warned about missing social media accounts and no clear license. If a deposit is not showing in the balance, make sure to keep all proof of the transaction such as the transaction hash and screenshots. This will be useful as evidence when the casino support is back to work.

From what I have seen in the entire working of the platform, I didn't see what will motivate me to make deposit in this platform because they have no active support, no Telegram and everything about the platform is not convincing of a place that is here to do real business. Has anyone been able to successfully register from here? When I try to, it sends me to a box field for registration and I cannot scroll down to complete the process after entering email and password. With log in you can just see the top of the box to confirm but when registering it's not available.

These are one of the most key aspects of a casino and needs to be spot on before going public with the service.

I visited your casino and I read the Terms of the casino and I must say you have the most brief terms of the service but I didn't see KYC rules in the ToS, or it is a no KYC casino? If there is, you have to state it in the ToS. And for the announcement thread, you need a professional designer to do that for you or you buy a copper membership to add images.

This casino doesn't look professional by all means, not even to be considered under development. As you can see OP isn't interested to reply to queries from the community here, plus the missing of all other social media channels. The ANN thread design is very poor, and the lunch stage looks so unprofessional. Someone above complaints about his first deposit not credited. Those aren't signs of a solid brand that can compete in this market.

I don't advice to use this casino with real money until further guarantees. Scammers often come here to get some traffic to start scamming and never interested to build a good reputation among community.

All your questions are very much valid to ask them becasue already their approach has cast suspicion on them, and there is nothing they can do now except doing the needful by updating their website and also presenting an operational license so that the community can see it for themselves because that would only retore their reputation a bit till they wrap up with other aspect of their website before they think of anything serious here otherwise they would lose their face here on this platform.

Also, when opening bonuses transaction on my profile, an error notification appears. There is still a lot of information to be completed for users, such as how long deposit and withdrawal take to process so I hope more updates will be made to improve the platform.

Yes, this is also what I have notice when I try to check their ToS.

Very vague, as if someone rush to create this one and no intention whatsoever to make it as detailed as possible like any other casinos. Although I was able to access it, meaning I'm in no restricted country.

Bad ANN presentation and the site design itself is heavily unoptimized with UI elements basically overlapping each other on mobiles confirming the fact that this is a rushed product just like some of the posters above stated. Disappointing stuff.

Looks like a casino owned/created by unprofessional person or a group of people, like a project which is not fully finished but the owner want to launch it quick. Better to stay away from this kind of casinos, too many red flags already and the representative is also creating this thread only and leave it away.
