I only share the knowledge I have about Bitcoin with people that show interest and when I teach them I am always being realistic. It is wrong to sell them fake dreams all because you want them to invest in Bitcoin. First of all it is important to let them know that Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme.

A lot of beginners start out with the mindset that Bitcoin is an easy way to enrich themselves but that's actually a misconception about it. Like I stated, a person's curiosity to know more means that they can learn but a lot of people just want to treat it like it is a ponzi scheme which doesn't really work that way.

Trying to make it seem like it's something easy to get rich from means that you are spreading the wrong message about it. It is Better to refer people to the forum if you are unsure about what you should teach them about Bitcoin.

That is a good thing man.

Not everyone even has interest in bitcoin, some has their interest in somewhere else, and no matter what you tell them about bitcoin they will still not show interest in long time accumulation. Some persons has dedicated their whole life to real estate because they believe that it s the better than bitcoin. People like this it is very hard to change their mind and convince them to switch in bitcoin or even combine what they are doing with bitcoin.

Had a few friends I have been telling about long time ongoing investment but they still don't believe in bitcoin, they seem to prefer real estate to bitcoin, was bothered for some few months after I left them to follow their interests.

About bitcoin it is not a do or die something, bitcoin sure as hell cannot give fast money That's pure fact, so it is better we let the person we are telling about bitcoin know and if the truth you tell them changes how they see bitcoin then it is better than forcing or lieing to them .

I personally think you should not limited your sharing of knowledge to only those you think are interested, reason being that some are actually not informed about it that is why you can’t tell if they will be interested in the bitcoin. I think you should probably do more of awareness than picking those you think are interested only.

You are very correct, this is actually were most people get it wrong about bitcoin, the get rich quick mindset is what has made lot of people lost their fortunes through bitcoin.going by the wrong ways and falling for offers that are too good to be true by scammers hiding behind bitcoin. When you’re desperate you tend to do things without  making confrontation because you want that money quick. And bitcoin was never ment to make quick profit.

Either you admit it or not as long as you are a Bitcoin enthusiast, a member of this forum and also an investor in Bitcoin investment and a lover of Bitcoin, automatically you have become an embassador of Bitcoin to people's around you.

However, when talking Bitcoin to someone around your vicinity even though not everyone love doing that, it's very important you let them know how it is without adding any form of sweet mouth to it, let them know it's a store of value, and also how it price is very fluctuating and it's never stable, let them know the best funds to invest with which is the discretionary funds, let them know practically everything about it without adding or subtracting from it. However emphasize more on the urgly side of it which is the fluctuating aspect and that nothing is guaranteed, note: don't promise anybody anything else you risk being in unnecessary pressure when things didn't go as planned.

Finally to the house, how do you go about yours to people around you, do you just make them understand how extremely rich they can become through Bitcoin investment? or you just tell them the way it is and leave them with the option of making decisions within themselves to avoid complications, what's your thoughts on this?

Bitcoin is not a ponzi scheme that promises it's investors quick, and huge returns within a very short period of time.
Bitcoin is a real digital asset that if properly invested in, you can become rich in future. Bitcoin price has grown massively in value, and will still grow more, but you can invest gradually with your discretionary income, don't use your emergency fund, and don't even use your business money to invest in bitcoin, but investing any money you don't need for some years, instead of dumping your money in the bank or looking to receive reward from bank fixed deposit or possibly you can make use of DCA.
Bitcoin is rewarding on the long run, and therefore ignore any noise during bear market so that you don't sell during the dip instead of accumulating more bitcoin.

Furthermore, the overall safety of your bitcoin should be your major concern, so therefore get a secured wallet to keep your bitcoin asset safe, and ensure no bit of your security detail is revealed to anyone.

These are some helpful tips for beginners if i deem it necessary to explain bitcoin investing to anyone around me.

See eh, wetin you yan here make sense and I think say the problem wey most Nigerian dy face inside bitcoin investment na lack of patience, as oyibo man call am. Most of us for we country no just sabi wait for anything because we feel say we need money to take settles one or two things quick quick, and na because of that we dy always fall yakata for ponzi schemes easily, but if we go fit invest in bitcoin and hold for a long time like ten years or more, i swear we no go ever regret am because Bitcoin don prove say na one of the most reliable investment out there like land, gold and real estate.

I no sabi show myself to people say I invest in Bitcoin because our country no dy secure like that. E no really bad to tell one or two people the benefit of investing in Bitcoin, but bro, safety come first before anything else, so na because of that I no dy preach about Bitcoin to anybody.

Sometimes i do not really feel comfortable telling people i do not know about bitcoin as you may not know  if the person you are  telling about bitcoin is a kidnapper, your enemy etc. doing this means that you are indirectly exposing yourself to attack because these people can gang up against you out of envy or jealousy while you are thinking that you are doing them good or favor. i  can not advise anyone to be telling people about bitcoin because it is risky and if you must... always be neutral and plane.

Normally when it comes to Bitcoin investments there’s nothing to hide for someone that your trying to introduce into bitcoin, why is because as we all know investment is all about risks we need to take the risks in order to get what want in future. New investors need to know how the Bitcoin market works, that even if they get into it will know how to handle it in anyway.

My question is, is it necessary to just explain Bitcoin to someone even without asking for it? Let's assume that you will just call someone “how far” come let me introduce you to Bitcoin because it's worth the risk to take with our money. The first thing they will ask you, how much I go get in return and for how long. Nah! I’m not doing that, even though you are my loved ones. I will hardly go to someone and ask them to invest in Bitcoin unless they bring themselves that they need more explanation for it. And you no fit explain everything about Bitcoin.

Quote
I think telling someone what is will happen in future or become rich in Bitcoin investments is very wrong what if you telling them everything if they use so amount of money in bitcoin they can get rich quick and at the end of day it failed? How can you explain to them and make them believe you? Is not they can not get rich through bitcoin investments, but everything move in a gradually process.

The Bitcoin market is unpredictable, it’s better to let someone know that profits are not guaranteed in this market. Because nowadays, if someone hears about something that can double their money, they will rush into it with the expectation of making huge profits in the future. So, to avoid all this drama in the future, allow anybody willing to invest to know that Bitcoin is not a Ponzi scheme.

It's not right to start explaining Bitcoin to someone because the person might not even have a single interest in Bitcoin at all. Explaining Bitcoin to someone when they don't have any interest in it is called Proselytizing because you are trying to persuade them to buy an idea that they don't have any interest in at all. Lastly, persuading someone to start investing in Bitcoin makes it feel like you are trying to scam them their money.
As for me, if someone doesn't show interest, there's no need to tell them about anything because if anything happens to their funds, they will literally mistake you for a scammer. Even though someone is interested in Bitcoin, you don't even need to start explaining it to them immediately.

Going around my neighborhood while discussing about bitcoin is not something I encourage, so I don't practice it that much. But when I'm opportune to have a proper Bitcoin conversation with someone, I always listen to whatever they have to say first. It is very important to do this because it actually gives me a standing point to start from or what approach to begin with when I start talking. You just don't want to start engaging with someone who already has a negative mindset or zero interest towards Bitcoin.

And, I clearly don't see a reason why people should sugarcoat anything that concerns Bitcoin. There is no point of trying to pass across an over impressive information just to make it sound interesting to the ears of someone else.

Honestly it's not even advisable and beside Bitcoin has gotten past the level that one have to go around to discuss about it with people. I don't think it's necessary because the statistics show bitcoin fall under the top investments in the world. So why must i have to stress myself advertising it again? We are in the digital world if they want to know about it, they should do their own research.

The world isn't safe again because by the time you try to discuss about bitcoin with people, they might assume that you are holding bitcoin and they could plan evil against you. So it's better we stay anonymous with such information.

I prefer to tell them as it is even though it is right to also let beginners know that there is a high possibility of them attaining financial stability if only they can be consistent in their Investment in Bitcoin but this doesn't just happen within a short period of time, don't sell dreams to them, it is always better to be honest about it so they don't expect too much.

On the other hand, leaving them to make the decision on their own when they are still trying to know more about it isn't really advisable, always make sure that you tell them about volatility and how it affects the price of Bitcoin. A lot of newbies start investing in Bitcoin with the mentality that the bear market means that the market has crashed and might not get back up, these are the things that they need to understand.

Telling people about Bitcoin is good atleast we get to share the beautiful stories of Bitcoin and also the sad parts. Going on and be talking about how Bitcoin will make one become extremely rich is just not necessary if you ask me because these people you're talking to will be more happy to invest without even considering the risk involved, they get to have unrealistic expectations in the market and they crumble when the market moves against them, that's why it's important to understand the space and move solely within its range.

The market is now considered dangerous and risky, so I tell them plain how the market operates and how Bitcoin is filled with volatility. There's no reason to give them high hopes because the market will always disappoints one when the hope is gotten at higher point.

I don’t there is a problem in telling them how rich it can make them be, so long as you also tell them there is not guarantee in their investment. Bitcoin is very interesting predictable, and as long as it can make you Rich it can also do the opposite to you. So for me when telling family, friends and even random people about bitcoin, always remember to tell them to invest within their discretionary income, with that even if they lose, they invested with what they can actually afford to lose.

Also remember to tell them the. If difference between bitcoin investment and bitcoin trading. Some people do actually confuse both. So I would say lay your emphasis on them to engage in investment, using their discretionary income and also the DCA strategy.

Whenever you encourage others to invest in Bitcoin, they think that there is probably some profit involved for you. They also think that you will probably get a dividend from it. I have faced such a problem more than once.

Bitcoin is an asset and is exclusively owned by an investor. It is better not to feel too tempted to tell others about financial freedom and financial capability. If someone wants to know about Bitcoin, you should extend your full support to them because if through you someone can become financially independent and reach a good position financially, it will be a matter of pride for you and that person will be grateful to you.

The real potential should be highlighted without showing the temptation of getting rich from Bitcoin. It is better to tell the truth than to please by lying and to provide advice on arranging an investment strategy keeping in mind that there will be risks in investing.

First and foremost being a Bitcoin enthusiast doesn't automatically give me the right or liberty to educate everyone around me about Bitcoin, educating people about Bitcoin is a matter of choice because it is risky to educate someone who doesn't really understand how it is, some people may think you are already rich because when they hear Bitcoin they think you are stinkingly rich. Many people who got kidnapped was as a result of revealing themselves as people who are enthusiast or that they have Bitcoin knowledge, so instead of learning they start thinking otherwise. Be wise and know who to teach Bitcoin. Not everyone is happy with you. Few people I thought about Bitcoin they see me as someone who has alot of Bitcoin, some times they call be BTC Lord and I tell them to stop because it makes me uncomfortable because they are trying to put my life at risk,  Let's just be careful.

It quite difficult sometimes to make people understand how bitcoin really works, people like it to invest into bitcoin investment, and all you mentioned is very necessary when introduce bitcoin to persons, the most important one is risk aspect of it, especially that part about bitcoin being very volatile, is very necessary for newbie’s should know about, and about discretionary using discretionary funds is also important, borrowing money to invest into bitcoin or money needs for basic needs is very risk in bitcoin investment, the best thing to do, is using discretionary funds, money you are free from using for important things. If the person understand all of that and still want to invest, at least they are making an informed decision.

If a person really doesn't want to understand Bitcoin on their own, you can never explain it or encourage them to invest in it. If the person is interested in understanding Bitcoin on their own, you can explain it to them. It is absolutely not right to force someone to invest in Bitcoin, investing is completely a person's own decision.

To invest in Bitcoin, a person first needs to have a basic knowledge of Bitcoin as well as an investment mindset. In addition, it is necessary to have a discretionary financial management and long-term planning and being aware of risks is very important and it is very important to have a emergency fund that will help the investor solve financial problems in difficult times. When an investor knowledge these things and is interested in investing in Bitcoin, the investor can definitely protect himself from big losses and can manage the investment in the long term and hold Bitcoin in the long term.

Yes, Bitcoin is not forcefully imposed on people, it's a choice. Someone has to be intrested in something before informations about that particular thing is passed to the person, explaining Bitcoin to someone who doesn't have interest for it is like pouring water into a basket, a waste of time and effort, such kind of person might end up using it as a quick money option than investment cause the interest wasn't there but just given trial without understanding what it's really about.

BTC lord 😂 I hail ooo,

I like the message my bro, especially on the emphasis of "Not everyone is happy with you" which is the truth. The reason why I could relate so much of this, is because I have experience similar thing, for my side na almost everyone dey curious to find out watin man dey do and the moment I lose guard myself the whole story fit change because na who know watin you dey into or assets wey you get na fit find way to bring you down so I prefer to stay put and do the little I can in the aspect of sharing knowledge about Bitcoin.
