- basic security skills(bonus), you can try to find bugs, extra bonus for each bug

Some concerned members might just drop you a feed back and test the project out leaving what they think about it or some bugs that they have encountered.

And you'll not need them to join your team because many just seeks to look for some concerns but not willing to commit to be a part of a team.
