It works in real life. A losing streak will one day end but you can't win if you've stopped trying. It's the same thing with life really. The fact that one might be going through a rough patch streak doesn't mean you've to give up. The best thing to do is still to keep on trying and that's the only way to win because one day will eventually be your lucky day abd it's best if your lucky day meets you when you're still trying. One cannot easily measure that since gambling is for everyone and we gamble for fun, if the rich  gambles and the poor have different opinion for gambling, it doesn't matter.

Gambling for fun should be the center and aim of our gambling activities so that we would not engage in a lot losses, chasing wins and losses that can't be gotten back, which might leads to lead to addiction if not properly handled.

I think that is just how most of the gamblers are thinking, that is why they were mostly falling into the trap of gambling, thinking that they are going to win anyway in the next bet and recover all of the losses. I have a similar topic in the past, where a guy said that it is just okey to gamble you just need to double up your bet everytime and you are going to recover your lose anyway because eventually you are going to win, so the idea was just to double bet everything if you lose they double up again eventually your going to win and recover, but if you mostly win then it's gonna be a win.

Don't like the idea since that is just digging a deeper hole, I mean you dont really have the capacity or even have the funds to infinitely double up your bet, you might get to the point where you can't do a bet or recover from that loss. It's similar to having that feeling that you are going to feel your win is coming. This was just a feeling that you might think, but the probability of winning is always lower most of the time, so I wouldn't risk it just for a feeling. You could always be optimistic about it, but never win anything.

The longer it gets the more dangerous it becomes. Players fall for ideologies as this and end up meeting dead end anticipations, unfinished losing streaks can be laid to rest to function some other times. The point isn't wrong when done right, but misusing the losing streak process builds brokenness, finance and emotions gets shattered, ain't cooking the books, you know how bad it has been for players who didn't make it right while chasing losses in hopes for a light at the end of the tunnel.

You are absolutely right, when we talk about winning and losing in gambling, there absolutely no clear pattern we can say with guarantee that the system follows, alot of times we've seen people who have been gambling for years but never won anything tangible, but this same person introduced another complete newbie to gambling and the newbie ends up hitting a jackpot in just a matter of days, and this leaves the other gambler wondering what exactly he himself is doing wrong..

It is a very widespread feeling. which is deceptive. A bad streak does not imply a win is owed one bet is a stand-alone bet.
