Uhh... Bobstone brushed another reason [that is actually more crucial and should be the vocal point of his explanation on this thread], but for a reason or two that I believe was taken after a thorough discussion with DuckDice team, the reason was omitted.

I can not support the flag as I get the gist of the real issue. But I can't oppose it as well, since Bobstone's statement wasn't backed up by real evidence.

But... yeah... Bobstone, if I may repeat what I said to you in private: that point should be the first thing you said here and included in your explanation.

Look, the main issue here is OP’s claim that our Terms of Service don’t allow us to restrict faucet withdrawals. That simply isn’t correct. Our terms are available at www.duckdice.io/terms
, and they clearly reserve that right. These terms haven’t changed for a long time, and section 14.01 explicitly states that it is “forbidden to withdraw winnings made from Faucet.”

So my question is if faucet is not made for withdrawals why will you ask people to wager more to get high faucets? why the qualify wager will decrease if someones claim faucets? isn't it designed for for testing the site? Why you have the Demo mode? cant the site be checked with that demo mode?

You are accusing me without having a solid proof, lets suppose I abused you bonus system, bring the evidences of me abusing your bonuses and you banning me for that. there must be some evidences of me withdrawing from faucets, from rains as you said. I asked you earlier as will to prove it but you completely drop it.

I made deposits for 6 months, I wasn't banned, I made deposit from the bank account I wasn't banned for bonuses abuse, but when I tried to cashout from the faucet for the very 1st time that come after I wager a certain amount to increase level, I am abusing your bonuses ?

Bobstone you are completely lost. You accused me of abusing your bonuses but you got no evidences, Now there is another case where you canceled other users faucet cashouts and they simply left the casino because of unfair/unclear rules.

I hope you will not accuse them of bonus abuse as you did to me

in Simple Duckdice.io have no written rules, They make you wager and wager just by showing you the next faucet is higher. and once you manage to get the faucet the withdraw amount they will simply cancel it, asking you to deposit more and lose some more.

Liek wtf? have some rules at least, keep restriction on those accounts who is not eligible for faucet or bonus withdrawals. Let them see the status of them will be able to withdraw faucet or not if they will make it. so they dont waist time & energy and ofc MONEy to get higher faucet by wagering.

Now they have stopped being generous with faucet withdrawals. It seems like they don’t care much about the accusations related to faucet. Unfortunately, you have to accept their decision and move on.

This isn't a strong reason to support the flag. The forum members are showing a neutral view here. There are no deposited funds involved in this case. Almost every casinos reserves the right to change the bonus and promotions related rules at any time. We have seen the cancellation of bigger bonuses and promotional rewards here in the forum. DuckDice has done a wrong thing with you, but they haven't violated any agreements.
