Actually thats true. It helps indeed cause when I bring extra money on a casino, I ended up spending it too out of my prefer spending only. I dont know like someone reeling me in to spend more. Having a fixed budget is only helpful when you stick to it which is where discipline comes into action in gambling. I don't only have fixed budget in gambling, I have a fixed daily budget and weekly budget, whenever these budgets are hit, I stop gambling. I believe that some days are good gambling days and some are bad gambling days, so for bad gambling days where I see things like losing streak, the daily budget is what protect my equity.
