I like that everything was done extremely quickly and efficiently and completely transparently. I also know that it means a lot to children to get something to eat/drink, although I would have liked them to get some healthy drinks - so I'm asking if there are fruit juices (non-carbonated) in Nigeria that are packaged in Tetra Pak containers and how much do they cost compared to carbonated drinks?
There is freshly made juice that can be made on demand, but it costs more than carbonated drinks. I will definitely consider it another time if it is viable.
If you say so - maybe in Nigeria there are no 100% fruit juices without harmful additives,
There are fruit juices with no additives; they have shorter shelf lives and have to be kept cold at all times to preserve freshness.
Still, as you say, for children living in such difficult conditions, at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that they don't go hungry.
Yes, for most of those children, that was the first decent meal they have had for a very long time; some of them have never even eaten the proper Nigerian Jollof that they had, let alone enjoy a piece of chicken as huge as they had.
I really appreciate everyone who supported the outreach. You are a blessing.
