We often talk about wallet and fund security and exchange strategies with each other. But are we being practical enough to keep our wallets and funds safe? It is safe to keep investment funds offline as much as possible. Are we able to keep our funds offline? Are we still taking safe steps in choosing a wallet and storing seed phrases? We know that clicking on unfamiliar links is risky, but have we completely abandoned this habit? Have we acquired enough skills to identify and avoid social media scams?
Are we supposed to answer all this?

We are reading about fund security regularly, but we are not yet fully practical. Especially for beginners, start putting everything you learn about fund security into practice very quickly. There is no point in regretting after losing everything. This is not accountability, but rather question yourself and be 100% practical about your knowledge of security. Because, if you cannot put that knowledge into practice in your daily life, that knowledge is worthless.
Well, you have a point, which I guess in conclusion also means - doing all that's needed to be done in protecting one's funds.
Self custody isn't just a mere responsibility. There are so many vulnerabilities that could compromise things for anyone practicing it, so, there is need for everyone to at least show concern while always being cautious as well. We're not just practicing these safety measures just to look cool... But we're doing it to make ourselves less vulnerable from those restless scammers out there. Scammers are actively looking for those who are not putting enough effort in securing their funds.
