⚠️Shuffle.com - Request to Restore My Suspended Affiliate Account or Allow Withdrawals⚠️

I am posting publicly on [Suspicious link removed] review my case and consider reactivating my Shuffle account.

I have been an active player on gambling platforms for more than five years, including Stake.com, Bitsler, BC.Game, and DuckDice. My Shuffle username is "mrdogecoin". I registered on Shuffle in 2023, and since then I have actively shared my experience with friends from other betting platforms. I also created an information channel where I promoted the advantages, opportunities, and promotions available on Shuffle.

Because of this work, I was even contacted on two occasions by a manager named @andersoncalum and @k_sugawara on Telegram. We exchanged positive ideas about how to make the channel more informative and helpful for the community.

However, at the end of 2025, my account was suspended.

To be completely honest, I believe the suspension may have been related to the fact that I had more than one account — my main affiliate account and another account connected to my wife. If this violated Shuffle’s rules, I acknowledge that I may have made a mistake. That said, I have also seen other known members and streamer-related communities operating multiple accounts or brand accounts, which made the policy seem unclear from my perspective.

I have tried many times to contact support, but unfortunately the responses have been slow and mostly standardized. In practice, support has not felt truly available 24/7 in my case. It often takes several days to receive a response to a single question. I even created another account just to contact live support and try to resolve the issue, but I was always directed to email [support@shuffle.com](mailto:support@shuffle.com), where again I had to wait days without a clear resolution.

I want to make something very clear: I do not want to attack Shuffle unfairly. In fact, I have always considered Shuffle to be an excellent platform. The promotions are strong, the bonuses are attractive, and I genuinely wanted to continue my journey there. My account had reached Platinum 3, and I was proud of my progress. I never achieved a max win on any other platform, so I was especially proud to share my wins and experiences from Shuffle with others.

I also received the SHFL Token Airdrop 1 and 2, but due to the suspension, I was unable to continue participating properly, including in later opportunities such as Token 3.0. To this day, I still do not have a fully clear explanation for why my account was suspended, although I suspect it may be due to the extra accounts I created.

Throughout my time on the platform, I always tried to contribute positively. I shared ideas, reported bugs, and offered suggestions to help improve Shuffle even further. I work as a freelancer in programming, design, and automation, and I also introduced friends, relatives, partners, and high-volume players to the platform when Shuffle was still far less known than it is today.

My account "mrdogecoin" has been fully verified in Brazil since 2023. My affiliate earnings are not as large as those of major streamers, but they are the result of real effort and genuine referrals. I promoted Shuffle early, before it had the visibility and popularity it has today. Even now, despite my account being suspended, I still continue sharing Shuffle promotions, live streams, and bonus codes with people who follow me on Telegram and trust my recommendations.

For that reason, I would like to respectfully ask Shuffle management for one of the following:

Quote

1. Reactivate my account, allowing me to continue my journey on the platform as a player and affiliate; or

2. At minimum, grant access for withdrawals only, so I can recover any affiliate-related balances, funds, or benefits that rightfully belong to me.

If I was punished due to multiple accounts, then I respectfully ask for a second chance — as a player, as an affiliate, and as someone who truly supported the platform. If a full reactivation is not possible, then I ask at least for fair access to withdraw what is mine.

My only goal is to recover what I earned fairly and, if possible, continue my progress on Shuffle toward the next level, Jade.

Thank you for your time and attention. I sincerely hope Shuffle management can review my case with fairness and understanding.

Do you not think it has to do with you running a channel sharing codes and on top PROMOTING a code-claiming bot?

You put yourself in the spotlight and then advertise that dodgy shit.

I don't know what happened, they won't tell us. And what would be the problem with automating the withdrawal system? Didn't I spend money gambling? Didn't I lose money? Isn't the money mine? Now Shuffle is blocking withdrawals and blocking accounts and we're all supposed to accept it?
