~ I ask you to always keep proof of your deposits when using any online casino. This shouldn’t be only for high rollers but also to those who deposit small amounts, because you never know when you get lucky and win an amount where the casino refuses to pay you out.
Let’s make it a habit to save a screenshot or copy the Tx Id of every deposit, and also your account history page. Ive seen many cases where players couldn’t file a proper complaint on platforms such as AskGamblers or even be taken seriously in the forum, simply because they lacked evidence especially after their account was closed. ~
To be honest I don't know what is the point of saving screenshots if casino have access to that information in their database. When I visit casino usually I don't have mindset that anyone is trying to scam me, so I don't collect evidence beforehand. If I'd be suspicious to casinos intentions or if I think that particular casino is a scam I would simply avoid visiting it.

-snip- and one thing to store and keep should be the deposit address provided by the casino in case you can't access it again, and a better way to store these records could be in Excel format so that you can include both the date and history of the transaction, just as some use the same method to record their gambling history.
It should be secondary evidence; I don't think reformatted evidence is credible to either the casino or law enforcement. It can only help users note important points and elaborate on details in other ways. The strongest evidence is screenshots and blockchain transactions.

That's for safety. But I wonder if there will be casinos that will block your account history of deposits if you have missed keeping a proof to yourself. Because if they're going to ask some deposit slips or proof that you have done it by yourself, it should be readily accessible to our accounts. Though I get the point that in any circumstance we should keep it because we'll never know if they're going to ask that despite that it's in the histories of our account. Better safe than sorry when the big deposits have been done and when you're about to withdraw sums of it.

The blockchain is transparent. All transactions can be seen and exchanges keep record of transaction ID for reference purpose. The proof is always there so that should be a problem. However, it depend on the deposit option. If the deposit option is a fiat deposit that's when you need to keep proof of payment. At the same time, the casino have a section for transaction history. I don't think the casino will delete the ID on their history, if they do so, then they are not a reliable casino.

That’s a good idea, but the TXId alone sometimes isn’t enough to prove anything if there’s an issue with the casino. Usually they’ll ask for additional proof, like screenshots of the transaction process, etc. So if you really want to be safe and have solid evidence just in case something happens, it’s better to keep all records of the deposit process to the casino wallet. That way, if a problem comes up, you won’t have to worry about lacking proof.

First choose a casino that is reputable, so you won’t have to worry every time you deposit. Because if we keep making our own records of every transaction, then it starts to feel like we’re doing bookkeeping, and that’s not really ideal for gamblers like us.
yes, because a casino that is not reputed can do anything, they don't give a damn of numbers of screenshots that people stock pile in there devices. If they want to act funny and zoom off with you money they can do so. Choosing a reputable platform is only solution. Some lot are not even cut out to be detectives that collecting evidences, wiith a reputed casino those thing not even necessary because there will be few problems that can be handled professionally.

I dont see the use of keep pics of deposits unless the casino is shady. Most of them I know and have a presence in this forum are legit and they allow viewing of deposits, some even allowing a spreadsheet of these.
Do this if you are feeling paranoid. But being able to show why your bet was correct and not breaking the TnC is more important according to me. Most of the accusations in this forum are coming with some sort of TnC break, otherwise they get paid out or peacefully settled.

I don’t save them because they’re already stored in my account transaction history. However, sometimes when I encounter issues with a deposit, I take a screenshot as proof needed to process a delayed or problematic deposit.
The worst thing I’ve ever experienced aside from being scammed is a deposit process that wasn’t properly followed. But the funny thing is during my first gambling experience, I filled out the deposit form and submitted it, but it was rejected because I hadn’t actually transferred the funds from my account to the casino’s account. Lol.

Since all cryptocurrency transactions are on the blockchain, I don't see much point in saving screenshots from the transaction history. It may make sense to save other relevant information from the profile on the casino's website in case access to the profile is lost (blocked). Of course, such information can be useful in controversial situations. But in general, if you use only cryptocurrency, this is more of an excessive precaution than a necessity.

I never do that @OP but that is a good idea to screenshot or copy the Tx Id of every deposit. That can be our proof if somehow we face a bad problem in the future so we can show the proof to casinos.
We never know which casinos that will refuse to pay our winning but we have the proof and we can complain to the casinos.
Besides that, having a copy of deposit helps us knowing how much we deposited in every casino. We can manage our funds so that will not breaks our limitation.

Thanks for the reminder bro. I’ve read that a lot of people have problems with their deposits and I think keeping proof of our deposits can help us to speed up the process if any issues occur. Not only deposit proof, but the casino wallet address is also essential to save, just in case. So far, I’ve never faced any deposit problems when playing at casinos probably because I’ve been lucky and keep my awareness to avoid depositing on random casino platforms.

This isn't a bad advice at all, you will be shocked when your once trusted online casino try to take advantage of you, keeping records is never going to be a bad advice in my own book, this can safe you, I've never have such experience but similar, I kept record of receipts was how I was able to defend myself, they had no choice but to refund me. It's still possible to track and get your transaction ID via the Blockchain but I am not ruling it out to not keep data and records.

To be honest in my case currently I am not tracking any of my deposit by taking the screenshot by any other thing in gambling . Because if I just check the wallet history transaction then it can be easily found how much money I am spending or depositing on the casino . Even then those people who are doing this types of things I also appreciate them although because in sum of case it is a good way to fight back against a scammer casino.

Dear community, we used to threads discussing games, betting strategies, and even the psychology of gambling. Today, I want to bring and highlight something different yet important where every gambler should take seriously.
I ask you to always keep proof of your deposits when using any online casino. This shouldn’t be only for high rollers but also to those who deposit small amounts, because you never know when you get lucky and win an amount where the casino refuses to pay you out.
I think its a good idea to create a folder or document to store this data. You never know when you might need it. For example, a casino may wrongly accuse you of something and lock your account without warning, not able to remember or provide any evidence.
If anyone has better tips or more methods for keeping records feel free to share them…
This applies to so many areas in life and it's a lesson we don't tend to learn until we get stung that first time. It's like renting an Airbnb, you should take photos as you arrive and photos as you leave so you can show the state you left it in, there are some unscrupulous people out there who will try to take advantage but if you have evidence they will often back down more quickly because you stop looking like an easy mark. If you do gamble a lot it can actually help you to keep track of how much you're spending and maybe give you a chance to cut it back down if you realize it became a lot. It also helps the process of unravelling mistakes which can happen, no system is foolproof, by having transaction details to hand when the support team ask you.

That's good advice for the community bros @GxSTxV, as we never know what's going to happen to our casino accounts. It can sometimes be difficult to prove we only have the TX Hash without showing the deposit destination in the site's UI. Luckily, I never experienced what those unlucky people experienced, but this will be a note for me to always save screenshots, especially for transactions with large amounts.

Yeah right because it help us to actually not guessing if our deposited amount will get credited or not. So to avoid having such bad experience like deposit didn't came. Its better for us to gamble on the most trusted casinos we know. Although maybe there are some deposit issues will still happen with them, but blockchain transaction is good proof to show to their support to fix those issues. I find it keeping the records is to much that's why if they can't afford to experience those consequences better to gamble only what they can afford to lose.

Yes this is true because we do know that there are things in life or on daily engagement into something on which there would be might issues that you would be able to face on on which it will really be resulting into loss of money or chance of getting it, especially if we do deal something in monetary on which issues could really be happening and thats why we are talking about now on gambling on which it is really that something that could totally happen or really that very common and ending up those gamblers to have no fight back against into those casinos who do really have that kind of exploiting out just because they dont have any evidence backing up on their claims. If you've been able to experience it once then it will surely mark into your head or brain into the next time you will definitely be taking up some pictures for proofs because you dont want for it to happen but there are those who are able to apply or do it just because they dont like for it to happen into them.
