I dont think I have experience this too and trust me I have used a lot of casino too. One time someone i know had an encounter with a new casino he saw online. After depositing and winning a few bucks he was not allowed to withraw due to restriction. There’s an alternative solution to this through the email notification. Some casino has an email notification for deposits and withdrawals which user can use as proof that they have an active account before on specific casino with transactions in case their account was already inaccessible.

You're right. Every transaction has a history, and it can serve as proof if you need to win at some point. I've been gambling for a long time, but I rarely keep proof unless it's absolutely necessary. For example, I've experienced long delays. When I asked why my deposit hadn't been credited to my casino wallet they asked for proof of deposit and I retrieved it from my account history.
